ParticipantI am getting the error: To begin using Event Tickets plus, please install and activate the latest version of WP eCommerce.
This error is still persisting after deactivating and uninstalling and then reinstalling every Plugin again.
The order of install does not matter, I am still getting that error.
These pöugins are in use:
WP eCommerce
The events calendar
Event Tickets and the plus version add-on.
No other plugins are installed except the ones listed above.Changing the theme to twenty fifteen did also not help.
Is there another way to get rid of this message?

MemberGood afternoon Adrian,
Thank you for the system information.
This allowed me to perform some tests, where I was indeed able to reproduce the issue.
This has now been identified as a legitimate bug which is now one of our top priorities.
I want to apologize for the inconvenience.Unfortunately, I cannot commit to a release date for a fix at this point. But you will be contacted as soon as there is one.
In the meantime, I will try to get a temporary patch for you.
Hang tight as I am doing that.
Best regards,
Geoff B.

MemberBefore I forget, as an alternative, there are 2 things that might help as we get this sorted out:
- Trying to upgrade to 4.2.1 (which will be released in a couple of hours)
- Rolling back to the previous versions of the plugins (I can help you with that if you want).
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening Adrian,
I have great news!
Dev has come up with a temporary plugin to fix the issue until we correct it in our next maintenance release. You can download it here: fix-etp-wpec
As a side note, this plugin might generate a warning message upon activation. But it should allow you to use WP ecommerce tickets once again.
Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,

MemberHey there, Adrian!
We wanted to follow-up to let you know that we were able to patch this up in Event Tickets Plus 4.2.2, which is now available to download and install if you haven’t done so already.
Please do be sure to check out our release notes for a full overview of what’s new in the release and feel free to let us know if you run into this or any other issues after the update.
Thanks so much for your patience while we worked on this!
Cheers,
