Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic. There a couple of ways to accomplish exactly what you are looking for:
- You can do a template override where you simply remove that field. You might want to read our Themer’s guide to get a sense of how that works. I can help with that if you want.
- You can hide the quantity using a simple CSS rule
.tribe-events-tickets .tribe-tickets-remaining (display:none !important;}Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

I would love to help you with this topic. As it turns out, there are a couple of glitches impacting certain themes such as the Jupiter theme right now. We apologize for the inconvenience.
There is event a bug ticket open for this specific topic.
Unfortunately, I cannot commit to a release date at this point. But stay tuned, you will be contacted when the fix is released.
In the meantime, there are a couple of things you could try as workarounds:
- Try pasting the following snippet in your WordPress theme’s functions.php: https://gist.github.com/GeoffEW/bedaf6534e1b3ca435ea4cd6aae23d2e
- If that does not cut it, you can do the following 2 changes
Let me know if that helps.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic. This looks like a customization of the Filter Bar for your WordPress theme.
If you have not already done so, you might want to read our Themer’s guide to get a sense of how that works. If you look for a /tribe-events/ folder in your WordPress theme folder, you should be able to see the files to modify.
If that is not clear to you, could you please send me a copy of your WordPress theme and child theme in a .zip file link in a private reply (via Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ?
Please ensure you are using the latest files as found on your actual website.
This way I will get access to any updates you might have made.Best regards,
Geoff B.

MemberGood evening Abby,
Thank you for writing back.
This has indeed been logged as a bug.Unfortunately, I cannot commit to a release date at this point. But stay tuned, you will be contacted when the fix is released.
I am still waiting for a snippet to be crafted (hopefully anytime now), so hang in there as I follow up on this for you.
I totally respect and understand why you would not want to install a plugin you are not using.
Have a great day!

Bonne semaine,
Geoff B.Geoff B.

MemberGood evening Tony,
Thank you for writing back.
I understand what you mean better now. Thank you for clarifying.
Tickets not being available for products is actually a deliberate choice on our end.
As it turns out, for technical reasons, it’s been know to cause issues in the past. For that reason, we decided to disable the Products post type as a possibility.
That being said, if you feel like re-enabling it, you can simply add the following snippet to your WordPress theme’s functions.php file: https://gist.github.com/GeoffEW/4246401bb310ae087640ce7bf0b83937
Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood evening Andrew,
Yikes, that is terrible news. I am sorry that the issue persists.
As a side note, Divi is now at version 3.0.14 at the time of writing.
From experience, you are absolutely right, so much has changed in the last few iterations that you cannot port old Divi looks to the new versions without some serious integration rework. It unfortunately looks like will not be able do to much to be able to support this older version of Divi for that glitch.
There is however a ticket open to integrate the Google Maps API key on every possible screen and interface we use.Unfortunately, I cannot commit to a release date at this point. But stay tuned, you will be contacted when the fix is released.
It looks like the only viable short term solution involves manual input of latitude and longitude, which is less than ideal (to say the least).
We are sorry for the inconvenience this is causing.I wish I had a better answer for you, but for now it’s the best one I have.
Have a good week-end,
Geoff B.
October 8, 2016 at 12:33 am in reply to: How i save the custom code in the Events Tickets Plus after update this plugin? #1174023Geoff B.
MemberGood evening Devon,
That is a good point. I have requested an update to our themer’s guide to offer full paths for every customization.
I am glad it now works for you!
I want to add events full page in homepage. plz help me how can i do that ?
For that, you will have to wait a few days. We will release a special shortcode for our the Events Calendar Pro customers to do exactly that in version 4.3 which is scheduled for release imminently. So stay tuned!
Have a good week-end,

MemberGood evening Adam and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic. You are right, what is going on is that as soon as you are using the Events Ticket module, the plugin assumes you no longer need the cost field.
The good news is that you can bring it back!
All you need to do is to add the following snippet to your WordPress theme’s functions.php file: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/use-the-event-cost-field-with-tickets-installed/Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,

MemberGood evening Abby,
This is totally my bad. All apologies.
With your specific configuration, you are 100% right.
You can create fieldsets, but not update them.I have asked for a snippet so that you can have access to that menu.
In the meantime, although it’s not ideal, you can simply install our free the Events Calendar plugin (without needing to use it). This should give you access to the menu you are looking for.
Have a good week-end,
Geoff B.

We are sorry to hear about the struggles you are dealing with while handling organizers and venues with WPML.
I would love to help you with this topic. You are absolutely right. This is a current limitation of how our plugins interact with WPML.
The good news is that we came up with a solution for that that has just passed QA.So that should be released very soon. Stay tuned.
At this point however, we have not announced any compatibility for Community Events.
The other good news is that are working on making all of our plugins compatible with WPML.Unfortunately, I cannot commit to a release date at this point.
Finally, version 4.3 will finally provide recurring events support for our WPML users.
Have a good week-end,
Geoff B.
