I am sorry to hear this did not go as planned on your end.
The good news is that the theme you are using should not matter.
This is because the way our plugin works. You might want to read our Themer’s guide to get a sense of how that works.Could you please send me a copy of your WordPress theme and child theme in a .zip file link (via Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ? (in a private reply)
Please ensure you are using the latest files as found on your actual website.
This way I will get access to any updates you might have made.Best regards,

Actually the snippet does work as intended.
The only issue left is the use of the word “ticket”The “issue” is that this word is used at large as part of our Event Tickets plugin.
Changing it is possible, however, this becomes a customization at this point. You will simply need to change the word tickets to the string of your choice in tickets.php
Here’s a slightly modified version to get you started: tickets
