MemberBonjour Alexander,

MemberGood afternoon Stefan,
Thank you for writing back and for your understanding.
Keep an eye out for our WPML and ticket related announcements.
As a side note, even though it is not officially supported for now, some of our users have managed to get the Tickets to work alongside Polylang, if you are interested in experimenting with that.
You are welcome back on our support forums any time 🙂
For now, I am going to close this thread.
Have a great week!

MemberHey Jack,
Yes, this is what I am thinking too.
If you want to test it out, you can temporarily remove the start date and see if the ticket appears. You are welcome back on our support forums any time 🙂
For now, I am going to close this thread.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic.Actually, my colleague Cliff provided you with a complete list of people that live and breathe our plugins.
You can find it here: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/adding-phone-numbers-to-rsvp-section-events-tickets-plus-2/#post-1161726
Best of luck with that awesome project.
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening Natasha and welcome to the Events Calendar forum!
Thank you for your interest in our products.
We’ll be glad to answer your question.Normally, the breakpoint filter should work (as found here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/#responsive) with the regular and pro versions.
If that is not the case, then it is likely something in your WordPress theme is interfering.
I would recommend trying it out with a default WordPress theme to see if that changes anything.
Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,

MemberGood evening Michael,
I am glad we are making progress.
There are a couple of places we can go from here:
- Could you tell me which version of Jupiter you are using, if it is newer than 5.2 can you send me a copy of your WordPress theme / child theme in a .zip file link, in a private reply (via Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ?
- Open a ticket with the folks from the Jupiter theme (they were super helpful whenever their customers have done that so far).
- Send me the direct URL to the page in your example (I think we can fix this with CSS)
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening Natalia,
Thank you for taking the time to clarify what you are trying to accomplish.
i would like to offer my clients a calendar where they can see different important days. each client would have different days scheduled since they have different interests.
I am pretty sure this would be possible. But it would requires a fair amount of customization.
You might want to read our Themer’s guide to get a sense of how that works. As an alternative, you can also hire one of our recommended customizers to do the customization for you.
The closest thing to what you are describing is the “My events” list from our Community Events plugin: https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-community-events/
If you could find a way to customize the CSV importer to add an “author” field to our exisiting CSV supported file format (https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/csv-files-options-and-examples/), I think you could pull it off.
Of course, you would also need to hide the whole “Adding event” section for them (since they would not be using it).
You would probably need to add a conditional to make sure people only view events that they are the author of in any view.
Also i would like to send them notifications two or three days before the date, as a reminder, it would be very nice if they could receive a mail and a notification on my web site.
Here again, that will require a bit of customization or the use of a third-party notification plugin, since there is no built-in feature for reminders at the moment.
That being said, we are planning on releasing that feature in the future as you can see here: https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/8391186-reminder-emails-for-x-days-before-event
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

MemberBonjour Alexander,

MemberGood evening Stephane and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the small translation glitches you are experiencing.
I would love to help you with this topic. You are right, there is a bug with the tooltip’s translation of months while viewing recurring events.
I believe this is caused by /events-calendar-pro/src/functions/template-tags/general.php (around line 755).
I will ask for a temporary fix on this and open a bug ticket.
Hang in there,
Best regards,
Geoff B.
