Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about that very unfortunate mishap. Yikes!
I would love to help you with this topic. The default behaviour is that even if the product is free, the order should go to “Processing” and not “Complete” which sends the tickets.
Is it possible that there is an auto-complete order plugin in place ?
Or perhaps the box at the bottom of Events -> Settings -> Tickets ?Let me know what you find out.
Have a great day!

I would love to help you with this topic. You can achieve what you are looking for with any custom post type duplicator plugin (there are a few out there).
There is even when that was made just for our plugins: https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicate-tec-event/
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

Thank you for your interest in our products.
We’ll be glad to answer your question. If you are using our free Event Tickets plugin, you are a bit out of luck (but we do have solutions for Event Tickets Plus tickets).
The 2 hands-on way to do this are to:
- Go straight in the database and change the published date of the tribe-tickets posts in the wp_posts table
- Delete manually and recreate in the desired sequence (very cumbersome).
As an alternative you could adapt a snippet such as: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/changing-the-order-of-tickets/
I wish I had a better answer for you, but for now it’s the best one I have.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

I would love to help you with this topic.Since it has been a little over a month, the best way to approach this is to: make the Ultimate bundle purchase and then ask for a partial refund of 89$ by following the procedure described here and referencing this thread.
That way, we can also make sure that all your licenses are in order.
Let me know how that goes.

We’ll be glad to answer your questions.Good news, we do have such a policy. You are fully entitled to a refund if you want one as long as you are within 30 days of your purchase.
To obtain the refund, you just need to follow the procedure described here.
Best of luck with your project and hit us up if you have questions as you are trying things out.

I would love to help you with this topic. The short answer is that there is unfortunately no built-in way to do this (contrary to the list views).
The good news however, is that you can accomplish that using CSS
.tribe-events-month .tribe-recurring-event-child {display:none}Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

I would love to help you with this topic. Is it possible to get a similar arrow button at the bottom of the page?
Absolutely. That can be accomplished via a template customization.
You might want to read our Themer’s guide to get a sense of how that works.
The language school WordPress theme already contains a customization for most of the views.
You can see that in the theme’s /tribe-events/ folder. Simply copy or move the arrow related code to the bottom of the desired view and you should be good to go.
I can help with that if you are stuck.
Let me know how that goes.

I would love to help you with this topic.Could you please send me a screenshot of the “Edit event screen” (including the “Edit ticket” section for both tickets) ?
That being said, if you use the “start sale date” option when you create many tickets, tickets created with an ulterior start date (in the future), will not show until that date is reached.

I would love to help you with this topic. What is going on is that your site is already using some form of calendar template customization.
You can usually see those in the /tribe-events/ folder of your theme. The good news is that you can easily tweak those templates.
You might want to read our Themer’s guide to get a sense of how that works. If you are still unclear on how that works,
Could you please send me a copy of your WordPress theme / child theme in a .zip file link, in a private reply (via Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ?
Please ensure you are using the latest files as found on your actual website.
This way I will get access to any updates you might have made.Best regards,
Geoff B.

MemberGood evening Edward,
Thank you for writing back.
Here’s the skinny on how to do a customization:
- You create a /tribe-events/ folder in your theme (or even better, in your child theme)
- Based on the Themer’s guide you find the files you want to edit (generally in the /src/views/ folder of the plugin you want to tweak.
- You download a copy of these files on your computer.
- You edit them to your liking
- You upload them to the appropriate folder. In your case, that would be /tribe-events/wootickets/tickets.php
Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,
