MemberGood afternoon Bikas and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic. You are right. The Enfold theme removes the option to select the stylesheet.
However, the good news is that you should still be able to do what you are looking for.
The first step would be to read and follow this guide: http://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/new-user-primer-the-events-calendar-and-events-calendar-pro/
The next thing you will need to is to set up your calendar to month view (which is what can be seen on the link you sent me).
Also, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/

I would love to help you with this topic. You are absolutely right, there are no CSS classes available for that purpose.
As such, your best bet would be to use a template customization. You might want to read our Themer’s guide to get a sense of how that works.
Basically you just need to make a copy of the view you are interested in modifying and place it in a /tribe-events/folder in your WordPress theme.
In your case that would probably be /tribe-events/filter-bar.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the footer breaking on your events page with Divi.
I would love to help you with this topic.Unfortunately, our policy does not allow us to log in to clients websites for several reasons, including liability. But I believe we should be able to fix this with you 🙂
The first thing I would recommend is to try different settings under Events -> Settings -> Display, specifically “Events Template” and see if that helps.
Let me know how that goes.

Thank you for your interest in our products.
We’ll be glad to answer your questions.want to have a separate event system for and was wondering if that would be possible?
The answer is that it is almost possible.
The way to handle that would be to use different event categories and then filter your calendar pages by categories. For all intends and purposes, that would give the illusion of separate calendars.
You can already use filtered calendar pages, but not with precise URLs.
The good news however is that we just released full calendar shortcodes for our Events Calendar Pro users. That will let you insert the shortcode in the page of your choice (and it’s slug).
The bad news is that categories are not fully supported yet, but should be within a month from now more or less. So stay tuned!
I wish I had a better answer for you, but for now it’s the best one I have.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

We are sorry to hear about the 502 errors you have been getting. Yikes!
I would love to help you with this topic. You are right, this error means that some script are timing out on your server.
As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
At this point it’s hard to say exactly what the cause is, but that should help.
In the meantime, if you can, I would change your server’s PHP configuration. Specifically alter the ‘max_execution_time’ to give the page more time to load.
If you do not know how to do this, the only way to get step by step instructions is to ask your webhost “how do I change PHP’s max_execution_time?”
Hang in there as we sort this through!

I would love to help you with this topic. How can I translate this sentence in italian?
Provided that you have the latest language file and that it is updated, you should be able to see this sentence in Italian.
As it turns out, some of our language files were not fully updated in our latest release.
You can find the language files under the /lang/ folder of both our free and Pro plugins.
From there you can:
- Download the complete /lang/ folder on your computer
- Using the free Poedit software, open the .pot file found and save it immediately.
- Close the .pot file
- Using the free Poedit software, open the Italian language file (.po)
- Using the Catalog > Update from pot file option, update that file
- Look for the “There are no upcoming” string and fix any translation
- Save the .po file
- Upload the modified .po and .mo italian files back on your site
- Repeat the process for the Pro plugin
can you show me the exact shortcode for more than one category?
Currently our full calendar shortcodes do not fully support categories (but we are working on it very hard). So there is no shortcode available for that yet, but stay tuned.
However, our pro widget shortcodes do support multiple categories.
You can read about that here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-widget-shortcodes/Let me know how that goes.

We are sorry to hear about the issue you are facing while allowing “guest” purchases.
I would love to help you with this topic.I just ran a series of tests to try to reproduce your situation. Unfortunately I was not able to.
I believe the issue might rest with the WooCommerce – Autocomplete Orders version 1.1.4 by Serious Plugins plugin. You see, for tickets to be sent, the order status has to be set to “complete”. Unfortunately, the way certain plugins achieve that does not yield the same results as actually marking the order as “complete” manually.
Could you temporarily deactivate this plugin and try to manually set a ticket order to “complete” to see if that works ?
As an alternative, the following snippet also sends the tickets automatically: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/automatically-complete-orders/
Let me know if that helps.

MemberHey Rafael,
Thank you for writing back.
The short answer is you can configure any payment gateway you like.
Believe it or not some people use it alongside the cheque payment gateway. However, while doing so, you will lose the ability for automated split payments.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening Odiri,
Thank you for writing back.
I am sorry to hear this has stopped you from going live. Yikes!
Ideally I would need a screenshot of the actual “Edit ticket” screen on anyone of these tickets so that I can see its details.
But, I am going to go out on a hunch here (in case that saves time). As I am noticing that all of these events are in the future, is it possible that their ticket sale start date is in the future ?
If so, it is “normal” that they are not yet showing up.
A quick test is to temporarily remove the ticket sale start date on any of these tickets and see if it appears.
Let me know how that goes.

Absolutely.
The Events Calendar Pro is out and so are the new shortcodes: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/embedding-calendar-views-tribe_events-shortcode/Let me know how that goes.

I would love to help you with this topic. The built-in “Auto-complete” feature unfortunately does not work for all of our users.
A lot of our customers simply use the following snippet: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/automatically-complete-orders/
You can simply paste that snippet in your WordPress theme’s functions.php file.
It will replace the plugin you were using.Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening Jessica and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for your interest in our products. It’s truly appreciated.
However, please note that we do not offer support for our free plugin in this premium add-ons forum.
But, the good news is that you are still welcome to consult this forum to your liking and browse it for solutions, snippets and tutorials.
If you don’t mind, in the future could you please post your support questions here: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/the-events-calendar ?
In the meantime, I would recommend you to go through our testing for conflicts procedure (preferably in a staging/dev environment or local install of your WordPress website) and see if the problem persists.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows you to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
- Make a backup of your database
- Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)
Best regards,
Geoff B.
