MemberGood afternoon Matthew and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the footer breaking on your events page with Divi.
I would love to help you with this topic.Unfortunately, our policy does not allow us to log in to clients websites for several reasons, including liability. But I believe we should be able to fix this with you 🙂
The first thing I would recommend is to try different settings under Events -> Settings -> Display, specifically “Events Template” and see if that helps.
Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,

MemberGood evening Matthew,
As a quick additional note, could you tell me which version of Divi you are using ?
Best regards,
Geoff B.

ParticipantHey Geoff. Thanks for answering back!
Changing the default template to Events allowed the footer to display correctly. However, I would really like to have a page with a sidebar to display event categories.
Suggestions on how to make that happen and prevent the footer from breaking? I am using the latest Divi, 3.0.15

MemberGood afternoon Matthew,
Thank you for trying things out on your end.
I did some additional testing and I have good news.There are actually 2 ways to handle this:
- Add some CSS rules (some of Divi’s CSS rules are not applied to “archive” pages, hence the footer breaking)
- Replace the default calendar URL slug under Events -> Settings -> General to something else (e.g.: calendar-page instead of events) and use a full calendar shortcode in a normal Divi page: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/embedding-calendar-views-tribe_events-shortcode/
Here are the missing CSS rules
@media screen and (min-width: 981px) {
.tribe-events-style-full .footer-widget {
width: 22.75%;
}
.tribe-events-style-full .footer-widget {
margin: 0 3% 3% 0;
}.tribe-events-style-full .footer-widget.last {
margin-right: 0;
}
}Let me know how that goes.

ParticipantHi Geoff, one of the reasons I decided to purchase Events Calendar Pro was because of the return policy, which is really good. I don’t know many software companies that allow returns.
I would like to get a return and cancel my license. What is the process to do that?
Thanks your help,

ParticipantGREAT!!! The CSS fixed the footer issue for me. I can use the sidebar on my event page and display everything i need.
