MemberGood evening Sara and welcome to the Events Calendar forum!
Thank you for your interest in our products.
We’ll be glad to answer your questions.we want that our clients could export the list and/or month’s events in a document (like .pdf) or excel sheet, but not by email or ical, it is possible?
The short answer is that this is possible.
However, to achieve this, you will need to do some template customizations.
You might want to read our Themer’s guide to get a sense of how that works.Basically, you can tweak any view in our plugins to meet your needs (including overriding the “Export month Calendar” option.
If programming is not your thing, you could hire one of our recommended customizers to do the customization for you.
Finally, I could totally see how that would be a cool feature to have.
In fact, you can suggest it or cast your vote on other features in our User Voice forum.Have a great day!

MemberGood evening Kristian and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us and your willingness to share FTP credentials. Unfortunately, our policy does not allow us to log in to clients websites for several reasons, including liability.
We are sorry to hear about the translations not kicking in every where in the Community Events form. I would love to help you with this topic.
Would you mind sending me the URL of your Community / Add events for your website ?
If a login is required to be a front-end user, would you mind sending me these credentials in a private reply ?Secondly, I believe that the issue might be that the language files you are using are not fully translated (for Swedish I believe).
This is due to the fact that we had a small glitch in the latest release. Simply put, not all languages files were properly updated.
The good news however is that you can grab updated copies of those files here: http://translations.theeventscalendar.com/projects
Hang in there as we solve this together.
Best regards,

MemberGood evening Jürgen,
Thank you for that additional information.
This allowed me to see that your issue is impacting all-day recurring events specifically. As it turns out, this is a bug and we are working on a solution for it.
We apologize for the inconvenience this might have caused.Unfortunately, I cannot commit to a release date at this point. But stay tuned, you will be contacted when the fix is released.
For now, it looks like your best shot would unfortunately be to downgrade or manually hide the unwanted events with some CSS.
I wish I had a better answer for you, but for now it’s the best one I have.
Best regards,

MemberHey James,
Thank you for the files and for the clarification.
One of the things I noticed while installing the theme on my site is that these customizations might indeed be related to the issue.
What happens over time is that we modify and deprecate certain functions. As such, some of these customizations might need updating to continue to work properly.
For example, with WP_debug turned on, I received the message /wp-content/plugins/events-calendar-pro/src/deprecated/TribeEventsPro.php is deprecated since version 3.10! Use Tribe__Events__Pro__Main instead.
This leads me to believe that either temporarily renaming the /tribe-events/ folder (to deactivate it) or switching to a default WordPress theme might help.
I am not ruling out the possibility of a one-time glitch either.
As per your second question, you could totally “trick the system” if you ran a local install via MAMP or WAMP (by playing with your computer’s date).
So I guess for now, we should wait for the weekend.
But please keep me in the loop of that goes!
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening Dave,
I asked my colleague Josh specifically and he had a great idea!
More specifically, this can be easily achieved with template customization. You might want to read our Themer’s guide to get a sense of how that works.
Basically, it’s really a 2 step process:
- Create a /tribe-events/ folder inside you WordPress theme’s folder
- Simply add the following unzipped file in there single-event
What I did is that I simply took all the data that was outside of the “event content” div and moved them inside.
Of course, that might result in some CSS adjustments on your end, but I believe it should help.
Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood evening Sally,
Thank you for clarifying that.
As your site is protected by a maintenance page, I can’t really see what is going on there, but I am glad you also sent a screenshot.I totally see what you mean. However, that is not default behaviour for recurring events.
I am pretty sure this is the result of customization.Could you please send me a copy of the latest version of your WordPress theme (Dynamik-Gen) via a link to a .zip file link (stored Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ? I recommend a private reply for that purpose.
Please ensure you are using the latest files as found on your actual website.
This way I will get access to any updates or customizations you might have made. And while you are at it, could you also send me a screenshot of the “Edit event” screen of that recurring event (especially the recurrence rules).
Best regards,

MemberGood evening Matt and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the fatal error messages you have been receiving. Yikes!
I would love to help you with this topic. From what I can gather, this seems to be related to your WordPress timezone settings.
I realize you have tried different timezones, but the issue seems to be at the WordPress timezone level.More specifically, you current WordPress install does not have any specified timezone attached to it for some reason.
WP TIMEZONE
UTC
WP GMT OFFSET
Unknown or not setI would recommend head over to General > settings and picking “Australia” from the Timezone list.
Once that is done, you can:
- Go to Settings > Permalinks and re-save them
- Go back to your event and try the recurrence rules once again.
Let me know how that goes.

We are sorry to hear about the calendar not working properly on your site.
I would love to help you with this topic.I just went ahead and took a look at your site.
On my end everything seems to display and behave correctly.Could you expand a bit more on what issues you are encountering ?

MemberGood evening Ylva and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the stock issues you have bumped into while testing the integration.
I would love to help you with this topic. The first thing I would recommend would be updating Event Tickets Plus to 4.3.2 (perhaps that will help).
We typically recommend having “matching” plugin versions whenever possible to ensure smooth operation.
Secondly, would it be possible to get a URL of an example ticket that is not behaving properly ? I would like to take a look at it.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the struggles you have been experiencing while trying to update Pro.
I would love to help you with this topic. You are correct, you do have a valid Pro license that is tied to associatedministries.org
The first thing I would recommend is to disconnect your license both from your site and your license key page in your account. You can read all about it here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-your-license-keys/
If simply relinking the licenses does not work, after a Database backup:
- Deactivate them again
- Deactivate Pro and delete the plugin manually (this will not result in loss of data)
- Grab the latest version of Pro here: https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/
- Using WordPress “Add plugin” interface install Pro’s latest version .zip file on your site.
- Activate it
- Try entering your license key again.
Let me know how that goes.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry about the category filter no longer working properly after the last update.
I want to apologize for all the inconvenience this might have caused. We have already found a fix for this.
Unfortunately, I cannot commit to a release date for a fix at this point. But you will be contacted as soon as there is one.
But the good news is that there is a workaround:
- Unless your theme supports shortcodes in the text widgets, download and install the following plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/shortcode-widget/
- Use a shortcode widget and enter the appropriate shortcode with the desired filters: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-widget-shortcodes/
I realize it’s not ideal, but it should buy you some time.
Thank you for your patience as we see this through.

MemberGood afternoon Mark,
Kudos on taking my original suggestion and running with it!
I am super stoked that you got to the bottom of this issue. You are correct, you need to have some kind of pretty permalink happening under Settings > Permalinks. Otherwise, things will not work properly.
Most users go for /%postname%/, but I believe /%category%/%postname%/ should also work.
The important thing is to make sure that your .htaccess file actually gets updated when you update the permalinks (based on its file permissions). You are welcome back on our support forums any time 🙂
For now, I am going to close this thread.
Have a great week!

MemberGood evening Hans and thank your for your always awesome and constructive feedback.
You are correct, this extension is still in its infancy. It adds tons of cool features, but might require a bit of tweaking.
That being said, as you might know, we do not truly support tickets for recurring events yet.
As such, this plugin will likely not work as intended when used with recurring events. With that in mind, I could still ask if somebody can craft a snippet to remove the “recurring event info” from the returned info (at least for now). Would you be interested in exploring this.
As for the stretchy design, I believe that could be addressed with CSS.
The downside is that in order to provide CSS, I would need to see a ticket in action on your site 🙁So I guess that ideally, it would be awesome to be able to tweak this on a staging / testing copy of your website. Is that something that is feasible on your end ?
If not, I could always try to replicate your environment on my end.
As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Could you please send me a copy of the latest version of your WordPress theme / child theme via a link to a .zip file link (stored Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ? I recommend a private reply for that purpose.
Please ensure you are using the latest files as found on your actual website.
This way I will get access to any updates or customizations you might have made.Best regards,
Geoff B.
