MemberHey Abdul,
I am glad the articles helped.
Just to set expectations, as you might know, the scope of our support is mostly to get our customers started on the right track and to help them in case of issues.
We unfortunately do not provide complete support for customization.
On my end, I can only suggest some more resources:
- https://www.skyverge.com/blog/how-to-override-woocommerce-template-files/
- https://theeventscalendar.com/customizations/
If you are stuck, you might want to hire one of our recommended customizers to do the customization for you.
I wish I had a better answer for you, but for now it’s the best one I have.
Have a great day!

Thank you for your understanding.
I will change the status for “pending fix”.

MemberHey Jeremy,
Thank you for running these tests.
I am pretty sure that we can get your theme to be at least civil with our plugins 🙂
Could you please send me a copy of the latest version of your WordPress theme / child theme via a link to a .zip file link (stored Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ? I recommend a private reply for that purpose.
Please ensure you are using the latest files as found on your actual website.
This way I will get access to any updates or customizations you might have made.Hang in there as we investigate this further.
Best regards,

MemberGood evening Rob,
Thank you for writing back.
We have several users that are successfully running the X theme alongside our plugins. We just need to figure out what is causing the glitch on your specific install.
The next thing I would recommend trying is to head over to Events -> Settings -> Display.
Could you try a few different settings (remember to click on “Update” after each attempt) for the Events Template setting and see if that helps ?
If that still does not work, could you please send me a copy of the latest version of your WordPress theme via a link to a .zip file link (stored Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ? I recommend a private reply for that purpose.

MemberGood evening Abdul and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic.I want to display the event details in the sidebar section of the cart page. for example, I want the event image, title, venue details and date. Anyway to do this ?
The simple answer is yes. You can accomplish this.
The best way to go about this is either with a snippet or with some template customization.
You might want to read our Themer’s guide to get a sense of how that works.
Secondly, there are couple of existing snippets that you could probably adapt to your needs:

Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

Thank you for reaching out to us.
I am sorry to hear that this bug is costing you so much time and inconvenience it is causing.
I would love to help you with this topic.I totally understand your frustration and let down. In fact, I would feel the same way in your position.
I have read your previous thread as well as the bug ticket progress since your ticket was opened. I have a couple of follow-up questions and recommendations to help solve this for you.
But before we start, in full disclosure, this specific bug seems to only be impacting a handful of users for some unknown reason.
Please rest assured that we do take this very seriously regardless of the amount of users it impacts. It simply means that we might need to work harder at truly identifying the cause on your install.
With that in mind, can you tell me if you have since upgraded to the latest version of our plugins ?
In fact, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
This will allow me to try to replicate your current environment which would help with the troubleshooting.
Would you mind taking a look at the following link in case that helps ? https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/paypal-standard/#section-9
Could you also tell me if you have any kind of auto-complete orders setting in place ?
Finally
Could you please send me a copy of the latest version of your WordPress theme / child theme via a link to a .zip file link (stored Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ? I recommend a private reply for that purpose.

MemberGood evening Jane and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic. Is there anyway for people or even myself to put this schedule in the calendar with just one submission or would it need to be at least 3 separate submissions.
Technically, you can create exactly that scenario with a single submission.
To achieve that, you will need to use the Events Calendar Pro’s recurring events: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-recurring-events/
Also, this may be a feature request, but multiple ticket prices seems to be a common thing and there’s no option for that that I can see.
You can totally have multiple ticket prices as long as you use the Event Tickets Plus plugin: https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-event-tickets-plus/
The only downside for your specific question is that we do not fully support Event Tickets Plus alongside recurring events for now.
Currently, we are able to create a single pool set of tickets for a series of recurring events.
But it is not possible to assign specific stock or global stock to each separate event in the series. The good news is that we are working on adding such a feature, but that is more likely to become a reality next year. We have already started work on this, but it is a fairly complex feature to add.
In the meantime, there is a workaround however. You could:
- Create the series of recurring events with a single submission
- Break all of the individual events from that series (turning them into “normal” single events).
That way you save time for the creation and you can have separate ticket stocks for each event.
Finally, if you want to let your front-end users create and add tickets, you will need our Community Tickets plugin (on top of Event Tickets Plus): https://theeventscalendar.com/product/community-tickets/
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!
