I see that updates are pending, yet the site is showing that plugin (Pro) is not licensed. I have valid licenses under my account. Help. PR

Good evening Peter and welcome back!

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We are sorry to hear about the struggles you have been experiencing while trying to update Pro.
I would love to help you with this topic.

You are correct, you do have a valid Pro license that is tied to associatedministries.org

The first thing I would recommend is to disconnect your license both from your site and your license key page in your account. You can read all about it here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-your-license-keys/

If simply relinking the licenses does not work, after a Database backup:

    1. Deactivate them again
    2. Deactivate Pro and delete the plugin manually (this will not result in loss of data)
    3. Grab the latest version of Pro here: https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/
    4. Using WordPress “Add plugin” interface install Pro’s latest version .zip file on your site.
    5. Activate it
    6. Try entering your license key again.

Let me know how that goes.

    Best regards,
    Geoff B.
