Hi!
I’m running the combination of The Events Calendar v4.3.2, Event Tickets v4.3.2, Event Tickets Plus 4.3.1 and Woocommerce v2.6.7 on a community website where we plan to sell tickets for events. As we are still testing the integrations, we are using Paypal sandbox for payments.
Every time I make a test purchase, the ticket stock resets to -1 and “Out of stock” notice appears. When I checked the knowledgebase and forums for a solution, I realized that there are many who have experienced a similar issue. I tried to resolve the issue by following possible solutions proposed in forum pages but did not succeed.
So, I’m turning to you guys and helpful folk in the forum for help.
Any help would be much appreciated.
