MemberGood evening Robert,
I am afraid I do not have good news regarding this issue.
Although we understand the seriousness and importance of this, we cannot repair this bug without refactoring the code (which is a large scale effort).
As I shared with your earlier, we are actually working on such an effort with the goal of delivering it for version 4.5.
Unfortunately, I believe this is past you deadline. But, I thought I would let you know as soon as possible.
I wish I had a better answer for you, but for now it’s the best one I have.
Best regards,
Geoff B.

MemberGood evening Shadi,
Thank you for running those tests.
I had hoped they would prove more successful! As a temporary workaround, you could keep that version and implement the following snippet as is or tweaked: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-autocomplete-order/
That should buy you some time.
Other than that, we have truly run out of options until the official bug fix is released alas.
It has been set for next maintenance release (which is about 2 weeks from now).Best regards,
Geoff B.

MemberRebonsoir Florian,

MemberGood evening Neil,
Thank you for your understanding.
As for the other bug, it is making progress and should undergo QA next week.
Have a great day!

MemberGood evening,
Thank you for your answer.
It looks like there are none of our files in these 2 folders. Here is what I would recommend:
- Upgrade to the latest version of our plugins (we just released an update today)
- Download and Unzip the following file: Italian_4_4_1Propatch
- Drag and drop the 2 files in the unzip to /wp-content/languages/plugins
I tested this and it works perfectly with a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen.
Hang in there!

MemberGood evening Alexander,
Thank you for writing back.
I am sorry this did not help.Furthermore, unless I log in to check on these 2 identical installs (without touching anything), I am not sure as to why they behave differently.
On my end, I will talk to the Dev in charge of the WPML portion of our plugins and see what he recommends.
Hang in there as I follow-up on this for you.
Best regards,

MemberBonsoir Thierry,

MemberGood evening Werner,
This is definitely odd.
It almost sounds like there is some kind of conflict or offset at play. The correct latitude + longitude should be 42.8652422 -72.4967938
As a quick workaround, I guess you could use these to override the issue.
By the sound of it, it looks like there is some type of conflict at play.
This is usually because of:- A conflict with another plugin
- A conflict with your WordPress theme
- A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating
A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure (preferably in a staging/dev environment or local install of your WordPress website) and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
- Make a backup of your database
- Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)
Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood evening Donato,
Thank you for writing back.
I am quite surprised that the CSS rule did not rule.
Try adding the following CSS rule to your style.css file or in your Custom CSS metabox:
.events-list #tribe-events .tribe-events-content p {font-size: 12px !important}If that does not work, could I please have the URL to your Calendar ?

MemberGood evening Aaron,
Thank you for the system information.
I see what you mean.Since this is a flat out 404 message, it makes me think that there is something interfering with our plugin’s built-in redirect functionalities.
Here are my recommendations:
- Please ensure there is no page named “event”. As stated earlier, this slug has to be exclusive to our calendar.
- Please ensure that there is no redirection rule for the /event/ slug
If all of that fails, it looks like there might be some type of conflict at play.
This is usually because of:- A conflict with another plugin
- A conflict with your WordPress theme
- A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating

MemberGood evening Julie and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the undesired code showing up on your calendar.
I would love to help you with this topic. It looks like that extra code might be coming from a template customization.
Basically, if you look in your theme or child theme’s folder, try to see if there is a /tribe-events/ folder. If there is, it looks like this customization might be in dire need of updating.
This is because a lot has changed since 3.3You can temporarily rename that folder /z_tribe-events/ to see if that helps.
Could you please send me a copy of the latest version of your WordPress theme / child theme via a link to a .zip file link (stored Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ? I recommend a private reply for that purpose.
Please ensure you are using the latest files as found on your actual website.
This way I will get access to any updates or customizations you might have made.Additionally, I do not think you will need the Events Calendar shortcode plugin anymore (but this is your call).
With the most recent versions of our Pro add-on, shortcodes are built-in:
- https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/embedding-calendar-views-tribe_events-shortcode/
Finally, as a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

MemberGood evening Camilla and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic. There are a couple of ways to go about this.
The easiest is probably to use WordPress’ built-in customizer.
Try heading to Appearance > Customize > the Events Calendar > Global elements. As an alternative, try adding the following CSS rule to your style.css file or in your Custom CSS metabox:
#tribe-events .button {
background-color: #000 !important;
}Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!
