    Good afternoon Dominic,

    I took a look at this and I have found the answer.
    The ticket ID is the post ID tied to the WooCommerce product.

    Let me know if there is anything else I can check for you ?

    Best regards,

    Geoff B.

    Good afternoon Mel,

    Thank you for your answer.

    For the CSS rule, I believe the rules works, but is overridden by the one already in place.
    You can fix that by adding the !important argument.

    .tribe-this-week-widget-wrapper .tribe-events-page-title {
    font-size: 18px !important;
    }

    To remove the navigation to past events specifically in that widget, try

    .tribe-this-week-widget-wrapper .tribe-events-sub-nav .tribe-this-week-nav-link.nav-previous {display:none !important}

    For question 2, perhaps the CSS rules above will suffice ?
    Other than that, if you want to use the filter, it really goes in your theme’s functions.php, not elsewhere.

    It will also require some customization, as it is meant for the list view, not the widget.

    Just to set expectations, the scope of our support is mostly to get our customers started on the right track and to help them in case of issues.

    We unfortunately do not provide complete support for customization.

    Q3: I checked the customizations page you suggested and did a search for weekly event widget. Found a few things but nothing showed up about making an event no click in the weekly event widget?

    I totally understand what you are saying and I would like to help you get started.

    However, as per the previous point, as much as we are excited about our customers customizing our plugins to their liking, we are only able to get them started on that journey.

    With that in mind, here is how customizing the week widget works in a nutshell:

    1. With the themer’s guide, you find out which file controls the view or the elements of the widget you want to change ( /wp-content/plugins/events-calendar-pro/src/views/pro/widgets/this-week/single-event.php), download it and open it up in a text editor.
    2. Remove the and tags but leave what is between them on line 17
    3. Create a  /tribe-events/ folder in your  WordPress Child theme
    4. Upload that modified file in /tribe-events/pro/widgets/this-week/ in your child theme (create these additional directories manually)

    The event in the widget will now be read-only.

    Have a great day!

    Bonsoir Thierry,

    Merci de votre compréhension.

    À titre informatif, à votre place, j’aurai conservé le plugin Members car tout y fonctionnait.
    En toute franchise, j’ai été un peu surpris que vous l’ayez désactivé, car j’étais parvenu à un ensemble de réglages qui fonctionnait.

    La bonne nouvelle est que ce billet vous permettra d’en faire autant si vous décidez d’opter pour cette solution.

    Ceci étant dit, je vous souhaite la meilleure des chances et une excellente semaine.

    Salutations,

    Good evening Christina,

    I am terribly sorry this is not working for you so far.

    To help you further, I would need a copy of your WordPress theme and child themes as well as your system information.

    To be able to do that, we have 2 options:

    1. Open a follow-up thread to this one (referring the current thread) in the Community Tickets Premium forum: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/forum/events/community-tickets/

      This will activate the “Private reply” option

    2. Use our contact form to send us that information via email (still referring the current thread)

    Hang in there,
    Geoff B.

    Good evening Dominic,

    I am glad Brook was able to provide you with a working solution.

    I have also made your previous private as per your request.

    What is the Ticket ID and what does this number refer to? Its not ticket number or order number, and I could not find it a similar number within woo or event calendar. Also if two tickets are purchased at the same time, they both tickets have the same ticket ID.

    That is a great question. Let me find out for you.

    Let me get back to you on this one.

    Best regards,

    Geoff B.

    Good evening Ines,

    Thank you for following up and for your understanding.

    Good news, a fix is undergoing QA as we are speaking.
    This means that it is likely a matter of weeks at this stage if all goes well.

    As you can imagine, we are truly eager to release this patch.

    Best regards,

    Geoff B.

    Good evening Jeff,

    Thank you for writing back and for providing additional details.

    We did encounter that message a while back, but it was with PHP 5, not 5.4.45

    At this point, I would recommend deactivating and completely deleting the the Events Calendar plugins and reinstalling them from scratch.
    This will take care of any potential file corruption or undesired traces of code in our plugins.

    Additionally, this will not delete events.

    As a side note, if it is possible on your live server, could you see if the issue persists with PHP 7 ?

    Finally, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

    Best regards,

    Good evening Ben and welcome back!

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    We are sorry to hear about the duplicate venue issue you are dealing with.
    I would love to help you with this topic.

    We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this glitch.
    We are actively working on a solution for this.

    I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed, as it’s in the development team’s hands now.
    They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release.

    The good news is that you will be contacted as soon as a fix is available.
    Thank you for your patience as we see this through.

    In the meantime, if you have not already done so, you could:

    1. Try using the “Merge duplicate venue” button under Events -> Settings -> General to see if that helps
    2. Try deleting the Eventbrite event altogether from the WP dashboard and reimporting it
    3. Look at the Venues menu to see if there are any traces left of those deleted venues
    4. Look at the link to the “previously deleted venue” and get it’s ID. You could then use the following snippet in the functions.php file of your theme (without the PHP tag at the top): https://gist.github.com/GeoffEW/78ca31b32fb5103cede7a884b7249875. Please make a DB backup first.

    Best regards,

    Good evening Ian and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!

    Thank you for reaching out to us.
    I would love to help you with this topic.

    The best way to achieve something like that would be to use a third-party WooCommerce plugin that handles Product quantities rules. The following plugin would have been perfect: http://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-incremental-product-quantities/

    It lets you set the increments of quantity on each product individually.
    But it has not been updated in a while and is not compatible with the latest version of WooCommerce.

    But I am sure you can find something similar and compatible out there 🙂

    Let me know if that helps.

    Have a great day!

    Good evening Torsten and welcome back!

    Thank you for reaching out to us.
    I would love to help you with this topic.

    You could customize the Submit event view to your liking by doing a template customization.

    You might want to read our Themer’s guide to get a sense of how that works.

    As an alternative, you could force the display of those fields with CSS.

    Try adding the following CSS rule to your style.css file or in your Custom CSS metabox:

    .event-community-venue tr.venue {
    display: block !important;
    }

    This will force the display of the fields (you might need additional CSS). But, it makes the interface counter-intuitive when you select an existing venue as the fields will not get populated.

    Let me know if that helps.

    Have a great day!

    Geoff B.
