    Hi Geoff,

Just wanted to see if you had and updates on this. I know the team was busy with the woocommerce fix, I just wanted you to know that i was still interested in this and didn’t want the thread to be closed.

    Thanks

    Dominic

    Good evening Dominic,

First off, I would like to apologize for the delay answering.
We are currently experiencing a higher level of requests than usual.

Please rest assured that we are working hard at correcting this situation.
We appreciate your patience while we try to normalize things.

I am sorry I could not get a hold of the extension author during this busy period.
I will make another request about this.

In the meantime, I ran some additional tests on my end.

Aside from a glitch with WooCommerce 3 which we are working of fixing for this extension, it works.

Could you please send me a copy of the latest version of your WordPress theme / child theme via a link to a .zip file link (stored Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ? I recommend a private reply for that purpose.

Please ensure you are using the latest files as found on your actual website.
This way I will get access to any updates or customizations you might have made.

    Best regards,

    Geoff B.

Hi Geoff, thanks for the update as mentioned i know things are busy, I just didn’t want the thread to be closed 🙂

I am also getting the following warning message not sure if that is the glitch you are referring to:
Warning: reset() expects parameter 1 to be array, string given in /home/vchaine/public_html/chaine/wp-content/plugins/event-tickets-plus/src/Tribe/Commerce/WooCommerce/Main.php on line 576

twice in the order-received page and once in one of the emails.

will send you docs in private message. I am using Avada theme and child theme.

    Howdy Dominic,

Geoff mentioned to me that you might like to know when a new version of that extension is available. We just released an update:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/extensions/add-event-and-attendee-information-to-woocommerce-order-details/

If you download the latest version, and then perform a Manual Update you should see the reset error go away.

With regards to that one email not including data, one thing that occurs to me is that your settings inside of WP-Admin > Events > Settings > Tickets can affect things here. If the attendee record is generated only when the order is complete, which appears to be what you have selected, then the attendee data is not yet accessible. Thus, it can’t be included in the email. To solve this you could generate the attendee records/ticket upon a new order. Does doing that solve this for you?

    Cheers!

    – Brook

    Thanks

    Hi Brook,

I’m sure this is a simple answer but, What is the Ticket ID and what does this number refer to? Its not ticket number or order number, and I could not find it a similar number within woo or event calendar. Also if two tickets are purchased at the same time, they both tickets have the same ticket ID.

    thanks

    Good evening Dominic,

I am glad Brook was able to provide you with a working solution.

I have also made your previous private as per your request.

That is a great question. Let me find out for you.

Let me get back to you on this one.

    Best regards,

    Good afternoon Dominic,

I took a look at this and I have found the answer.
The ticket ID is the post ID tied to the WooCommerce product.

Let me know if there is anything else I can check for you ?

    Best regards,

    Geoff B.

Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.

    Thanks so much!
