ParticipantWe have recently purchased bundle-community-manager plugin (Personal) (https://theeventscalendar.com/bundles/bundle-community-manager/)- is it possible to test this on local computer or staging and then transfer into live site (My final domain) as we haven’t fixed the domain yet ?

Participantalso i have one more question
i have purchased the https://theeventscalendar.com/bundles/bundle-community-manager/ and came to know that this plugin provides license key to activate plugin but it has expire date also – so can you please clear me out here – How much it requires to renew it after 1 year ?
And please answer the topic 1 also. ThanksApril 4, 2017 at 12:41 pm #1264350Geoff B.
MemberGood afternoon Christina and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with these questions.is it possible to test this on local computer or staging and then transfer into live site (My final domain) as we haven’t fixed the domain yet ?
Absolutely. You can read all about it here:
- https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/using-one-license-live-dev-sites/
so can you please clear me out here – How much it requires to renew it after 1 year ?
That is a great question.
Just to clarify, after one year, the premium add-ons will continue to work.
You just won’t be able to update them or get support. This typically mean that you would need to “freeze” your environment.
It is hard to say at this point what the pricing will be a year from now, but based on the last few years, our plugins’ price has not changed for as long as I can remember.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

ParticipantHello there,
I need to split ticket payment (per ticket) with publisher and administrator.
I’ve installed “community event ticket” plugin and i found there is option to split payment in setting.
But i was wondering how this works? Events are added by mutiple publisher(user) and i do not find any setting to add their paypal account so that the payment goes to publisher and administrator.
Please explain how community event ticketing works for spliting the payment. Also we need to use Braintree as payment gateway, along with the split payment.
Has this plugin option for Braintree payment gateway?April 5, 2017 at 7:08 pm #1265529Christina
ParticipantHello there,
Its Urgent !
I need to split ticket payment (per ticket) with publisher (author) and administrator.
I’ve installed “community event ticket” plugin and I found there is option to split payment in setting.
However, I was wondering how this works? Events are added by multiple publishers (authors) and I do not find any setting to add their PayPal account so that the payment goes to publisher (all of them) and administrator.
Please explain how community event ticketing works for splinting the payment.
For example: We have 100 publishers and each of them has created tickets and sales have been made. Is it possible to automatically split the amount – 90% to publisher and 10% to admin – through the Braintree payment gateway?April 6, 2017 at 11:28 am #1266110Geoff B.
MemberGood afternoon Christina,
First off, I want to apologize for the delayed answer which was definitely not intentional on our end.
I would like to answer every single question you have.
can we testing on our staging site ?
When we will register Main domain then can we transfer it ?As you can see by the articles I sent, the answer is yes.
You can move your license around as many times as you want.- https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-your-license-keys/

To answer your more specific question, each organizer has a field to input their Paypal account email address https://cloudup.com/cLLbENEo9Cv
Also we need to use Braintree as payment gateway, along with the split payment. Has this plugin option for Braintree payment gateway?
You can use any payment gateway that is supported by WooCommerce with our Event Tickets Plus and Community Tickets plugins.
However, for now, the only Gateway that supports Split payments is Paypal.
We unfortunately do not provide that feature for Braintree yet.Since this could be a cool feature to have, you can suggest it in our User Voice forum.
That way other customers can vote for it!Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

ParticipantGood afternoon
Thanks for your reply
Payment options (https://cloudup.com/cLLbENEo9Cv) found in fronted from this link events/community/payment-options it also available in backend (wp-admin)?
ThanksApril 7, 2017 at 11:32 am #1266714Geoff B.
MemberGood afternoon Christina,
Thank you for writing back.
The short answer to your question is no. This field is not available in the backend.
At least, not without some customization.
However, if you are looking for a solution to be able to populate this for your users, you might want to look into a plugin such as “Shop as a customer” https://codecanyon.net/item/shop-as-customer-for-woocommerce/7043722
Have a good weekend,

MemberGood evening Christina,
Thank you for your answer.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this glitch. Yikes!
It sounds like you might have updated to WooCommerce 3 (which is know to cause such an error).Could you try upgrading to Event Tickets Plus 4.4.5 (which was released today) ? To see if that fixes the issue.
Best regards,
Geoff B.

Thank you for sticking with us as we go through each of these issues.
As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

Could you please send me a copy of the latest version of your WordPress theme / child theme via a link to a .zip file link (stored Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ? I recommend a private reply for that purpose.
Please ensure you are using the latest files as found on your actual website.
