MemberGood morning Jamie,
Thank you for writing back and running those tests.
You did not mention if you re-saved your permalinks. If you did not, this is the first thing I would recommend since it cures most 404 issues.
In fact, while you are at it, I would recommend going through the following article: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/fixing-http-404-errors/One thing I am noticing is that you are using a version of PHP that is getting quite old.
I cannot say for sure that this is related to the current issue, but I would very strongly recommend updating to PHP 5.4.x+In fact WordPress recommends PHP 7+.
This will ensure a much more stable environment. There are a couple of additional troubleshooting steps we can take:
- Can you try temporarily reverting back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if that helps.
- Try updating to the Events Calendar 4.5.9 and the Events Calendar Pro 4.4.15
Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,

MemberGood afternoon Ken,
Thank you for writing back and letting us know that your theme Devs were able to update your theme.
Most probably, this was related to the version of Isotope being used.

July 27, 2017 at 10:10 pm in reply to: CUSTOM STYLESHEET "/Tribe-events/tribe-events.css" NOT APPLYING #1327294Geoff B.
MemberGood evening Michael (or Oli – I am not sure) and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
First off, I would like to apologize for the delay answering.
We are currently experiencing a higher level of requests than usual. Please rest assured that we are working hard at correcting this situation.
We appreciate your patience while we try to normalize things. We are sorry to hear about the struggles you have faced while trying to use custom CSS stylesheets. I would love to help you with this topic.
You are right about the naming convention.
I will have to check with the powers that be regarding CSS stylesheet hierarchy as of now. However, I believe I have a much simpler solution to offer.
As long as the different CSS rules are specific enough, you can simply put them in your child theme’s style.cssThis typically works like a charm and is far less involved.
With that in mind, hang tight as I follow up on this for you.

MemberGood evening Joseph and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the limit being reached on your site.
I would love to help you with this topic.Typically this message shows up in the following circumstances:
- You are using a shared hosting plan and somehow not all the inquiries are being made through your Google Maps API key (but rather using the server’s shared resources)
- Your Google Maps API key is not set exactly according to the following instructions: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/setting-up-your-google-maps-api-key/
- You have not entered your Google Maps API key under Events -> Settings -> APIs
Let me know how that goes.

I would love to help you with this topic.I just went ahead and took a look at your website.
It looks like you managed to get the Map to appear in the single view after all.Can you confirm ?
With that in mind, the error message you are bringing up looks like some type of conflict (either with another plugin, your WordPress theme or some customization you have in place for our calendar that might require updating).

Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the events not showing up in certain views. Yikes!
I would love to help you with this topic.Ideally, I would need a few examples of such events (URLs) alongside their Edit Event screenshot.
Try temporarily reverting back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if that helps. Of course, this is better done while a maintenance plugin is activated or better yet on a testing/staging environment.
Could you please send me a copy of the latest version of your WordPress theme / child theme via a link to a .zip file link (stored Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ? I recommend a private reply for that purpose.
Please ensure you are using the latest files as found on your actual website.
This way I will get access to any updates or customizations you might have made.Best regards,

I would love to help you with this topic. Both of these CSS rules look great.
Can you tell me where you are placing them ?Typically you add the CSS rules to your style.css file or in your Custom CSS metabox.
Something else worth trying is adding the !important argument.
Here is an example of that.single-tribe_events .tribe-events-single-event-title {
font-size: 2.4em !important;
}As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

Let me know how that goes.

MemberGood evening Kate and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
This feature is scheduled to be released later this year. Initially we planned for spring, but there was some pushback.
In the meantime, you could get it to partially work, but this is unsupported.
To achieve that, you will need:
- WooCommerce multilingual
- Some manual intervention
After creating the ticket AND saving the event, head over to WPML > Support > Troubleshooting page.
Once you are there, you should see several cleanup buttons. I would recommend:
- Clearing WPML cache
- Using the button that forces language assignment to items (which is what is creating the issue). This can also be accomplished by deactivating and reactivating WPML.
Your ticket will now magically appear.
The only downside is that the tickets you create in other languages are not really translations of the initial ticket. They are completely independent new tickets.
Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!

Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic. As you have mentioned, the correct approach to solve this issue is to use a snippet.
More specifically, you need to apply the snippet found at the bottom of this page in the functions.php file of your theme (without the PHP tag at the top): https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/titles-in-yoast-seo/
If you are struggling with this, perhaps I could take a look at your theme.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic. The easiest way to accomplish this would be via Event Aggregator: https://theeventscalendar.com/product/event-aggregator/
Unless you have an exceptional number of events, one license for both sites should suffice.Let me know if that helps.
Have a great day!
