ParticipantHi there — just recently we’ve had issues with published events not appearing in the event list or on the map. There doesn’t seem to be any rhyme or reason to ones that show up vs. ones that don’t, so I’m at a bit of a loss as to how to troubleshoot. I’ve eliminated any caching as the culprit.
Are there common things to check in cases such as this? If I can’t figure it out do you offer per-incident support to fix it?

We are sorry to hear about the events not showing up in certain views. Yikes!
I would love to help you with this topic.Ideally, I would need a few examples of such events (URLs) alongside their Edit Event screenshot.
Try temporarily reverting back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if that helps. Of course, this is better done while a maintenance plugin is activated or better yet on a testing/staging environment.
Could you please send me a copy of the latest version of your WordPress theme / child theme via a link to a .zip file link (stored Dropbox or Google Drive) so that I can run some tests on my end ? I recommend a private reply for that purpose.
Please ensure you are using the latest files as found on your actual website.
This way I will get access to any updates or customizations you might have made.Best regards,

Thank you for writing back.
First off, I would like to apologize for the delay answering.
We are currently experiencing a higher level of requests than usual.Please rest assured that we are working hard at correcting this situation.
We appreciate your patience while we try to normalize things.I took a look at your links.
It looks like the event appears here: https://draftbernie.org/events/list/ , but not in the map view.The most likely cause being the geolocation of the venue.
There are a couple of things I would recommend for any venue where you find a similar situation:- Head over to Events -> Settings -> General and scroll down. See if a “Merge Duplicate venues” button appears. If so, click on it and see if that helps.
- Go to Edit Venue and try to check the “Use latitude and longitude” option for that venue. See if that helps.
- Do a Google search for that venue’s name and use the exact same address format as found in Google Maps. Update the venue and see if that helps.
