MemberHi Ian. Sorry this happened.
I’m guessing you experienced one of our automatic update issues where the plugin folder name got renamed and therefore WordPress deactivated the Pro plugin and therefore it threw errors.
Please re-activate the Pro plugin and let me know if that solves it for you.
Thanks!

MemberHi Joel. Thanks for reporting this. I’ve confirmed the issue.
I’ll mark this ticket as Pending Fix, which means this thread should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. I apologize for this issue and appreciate your understanding and patience.
I browsed the code and didn’t find exactly why this is happening so I can’t provide an interim solution. However, I do see the day abbreviation in the page source so maybe you could pull something off with jQuery if you really need to.

MemberHi Bob. Thanks for your question. This is exactly what Community Events add-on does. Please thoroughly review the information at that link.
Last but not least, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.
Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

MemberThanks for the info.
We have since fixed the issue, but here’s what was happening in your case (before the fix): the automatic updater renamed the plugin folder, which caused WordPress to deactivate the plugin.
Whenever you deactivate the free or Pro plugin, those widgets obviously aren’t there anymore. When you reactivate the plugin, it should go back but may not have in your case (different plugin folder name issue).
I’m glad everything’s working for you again. Sorry about the inconvenience.

MemberChris, thanks for the details, but I didn’t quite follow how I can help you further…
Since the checkbox says “recurring”, yes, it should only work for recurring events.
It’s intended to be like using the ‘tribe_events_ical_importer_overwrite_existing_events’ filter just for recurring events.
Please let me know if there’s anymore I can do for you.

MemberI’d suggest using a more specific CSS selector instead of !important, but I’m glad you got the result you wanted. Thanks for letting me know.

MemberTommi, I think you’re using Event Tickets Plus, not our legacy WooTickets plugin.
I found what I think your screenshot is coming from in this file: /wp-content/plugins/event-tickets/src/views/tickets/email.php
Search for
if ( ! empty( $start_date ) ):in that file.If you want to customize it, please read the comments in the top of that PHP file and reference our Themer’s Guide.
I hope this helps.

MemberHi. There’s a new latest version you should try. If you’re still experiencing the issue after updating, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.
Cliff
MemberProbably not necessary, but here’s information about Venue geodata:
- If you go to the Venue’s single page (only viewable with PRO active), do you see a map and its Upcoming Events? e.g. http://cl.ly/3u2Q0Y1Z073Q
- If there’s no map, does your Venue have latitude and longitude data? e.g. http://cl.ly/1k1z2x3S162V
From what you’re saying, it sounds like you don’t think that’s the issue, in which case, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
I’d also suggest using the latest versions of all our plugins.
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.
Cliff
MemberI’m not exactly sure what that’s from, but since you said you’re using the legacy WooTickets plugin and you asked about email, the email code is located at /wp-content/plugins/wootickets/src/Tribe/Email.php
If that doesn’t help you find out what you need, maybe a less zoomed-in screenshot or other helpful information might allow me to help better.
Thanks.
Cliff
MemberThanks for the info. Sorry it didn’t work out for you. Please send the required information via email, as stated in the link I provided before.

MemberHi. Thanks for contacting us.
Sorry you experienced this and had to recreate it.
I’m not sure what your question is if you were able to recreate the widget. Please explain further if you still need help.
Thanks!
Cliff
MemberHi. The default/English text is “Events In”, which comes from https://github.com/moderntribe/the-events-calendar/blob/develop/src/Tribe/Main.php#L4430
If you don’t like the default text from the German translation, please reference our Words and Terminology help articles for a reference how to customize the display text.
I hope this information helps.
