Hi Tommi. Please provide a link and/or screenshot of what you’re wanting changed. And please specify if you’re using the legacy WooTickets plugin or the Event Tickets Plus plugin.
I’m not exactly sure what that’s from, but since you said you’re using the legacy WooTickets plugin and you asked about email, the email code is located at /wp-content/plugins/wootickets/src/Tribe/Email.php
If that doesn’t help you find out what you need, maybe a less zoomed-in screenshot or other helpful information might allow me to help better.
The screenshot is from the email that the customer gets when the purchase has been done.
The problem is that the date is not the date of purchase.
It is the date when the event has started and I would like to remove it completely from the ticket.
