MemberHi. Thanks for your question. Our Event Tickets Plus plugin should be used instead of the legacy WooTickets. ET+ is a paid add-on that upgrades the functionality of our free Event Tickets plugin.
Event Tickets Plus enables you to sell tickets via one of our supported eCommerce platforms. The free plugin only enables free RSVP-type tickets.
You can view our roundup/comparison of all the eCommerce plugins ET+ supports.
Our plugin uses your eCommerce plugin of choice, but your eCommerce plugin isn’t displayed for shopping pages. Please reference our Making Tickets KB article (screenshots are from an install using WooCommerce) for an idea how to create tickets for an event.
Site visitors would purchase tickets from each event’s single page/view (e.g. example.com/events/rogers-day-at-the-zoo/) — if there is an RSVP to submit or ticket to purchase.
I hope this info helps. Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

MemberHi Tommi. Please provide a link and/or screenshot of what you’re wanting changed. And please specify if you’re using the legacy WooTickets plugin or the Event Tickets Plus plugin.
Thank you.

MemberHi. Here’s an example of jQuery code for an events category ID #6:
jQuery("#tribe_events_cat-6").prop('checked', true); You might find this helpful: http://www.inkthemes.com/how-to-implement-custom-jquery-and-css-in-wordpress-plugin/ (third party information, not guaranteed)
I hope you get things working as desired.

MemberHi. Your white text color is active on both sites, but the white color at http://185.14.187.84/kurs/ gets overwritten by http://185.14.187.84/wp-content/uploads/headway/cache/general-364705e.css
I’m not sure where that CSS is actually coming from, but that should hopefully point you in the right direction.

MemberHi Geoff. You posted in our Pre-Sales forum from a user account that doesn’t have any purchases associated with it.
We don’t answer support questions for Events core/free or PRO add-on in the Pre-Sales forum.
If you made your purchase(s) through a different user account, please login to that account and then post in one of the paid forums.
Thank you for your understanding and thank you for using our plugins.

MemberHi. Please reference our Pro Color Customizer. The first day of the week is from your WordPress settings –> wp-admin > General > “Week Starts On”
Last but not least, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.
Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

MemberHi Robin. The Facebook Importer doesn’t have settings like that. Please reference that page’s screenshots, video, and its “New User Primer” link.

MemberHi Brian. Thanks for your detailed question.
Our plugins use the default WordPress emailing functions. Are your other emails sending (e.g. password reset, new user created, etc)?
If those are sending but our ticket emails are not, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.

MemberHi. Thanks for your question.
In order for the tickets to appear, you need to use our Event Tickets Plus and Event Tickets plugins
Please reference our Making Tickets KB article (screenshots are from an install using WooCommerce) for an idea how to create tickets for an event.
I hope this info helps. If it doesn’t, please share your System Information. That will give me a lot of extra information to help diagnose the problem.

MemberHi Chris. Thanks for your question and your business.
Please submit an email to support [at] this website with your question. The manager can evaluate your request on a case-by-case basis and provide you the answer there.

MemberHi Shaun. Thanks for your detailed question.
Since you have so many specific questions, please first reference our demo site.
If you go with our suite of plugins, Filter Bar would be good for filtering events.
Our The Events Calendar and Event Tickets (enables RSVP-type ticketing, which can display # of tickets still available) are our “core” plugins that our add-ons require be installed first — so you could install just those 2 freebies to test things.
Hiding weekend days might be able to be done via CSS on Month View — same for the Week View hours (e.g. only 3-7pm).
I hope all this info helps!
Last but not least, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.

MemberHi Robbie. Thanks for upgrading and for your question.
Per our Scope of Support / Terms, we don’t support non-default WP themes.
However, I visited http://otterdance.com/events/ and saw it’s there but it’s set to “white” color text — from http://otterdance.com/wp-content/themes/Fabiano/style.css
Here’s a video showing the issue: http://cl.ly/3g2e1m0A1d2M
You’ll need to override that CSS if you don’t want it to be white text anymore.

Also, I see in the Chrome console that you have a Google Maps API console error at your site.
If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.
You must have a theme or plugin including Google Maps in addition to our plugin doing so. Please deactivate that other Google Maps theme/plugin.
Thanks.

MemberHi Paul. Thanks for the detailed question. Per our Scope of Support / Terms, we don’t guarantee support for such conflicts. However, we try to be as helpful as possible.
I’d suggest making sure you’re on the latest versions of all our plugins, their theme/plugin, and WordPress core.
If that still doesn’t resolve it, please provide a screenshot or video screen capture demonstrating the issue(s).
Thanks.

MemberHi. Thanks for contacting us.
In order to use the map view, each event needs to be assigned a venue that has geocoded data.
For example, if you have Event A at Venue L, Event A won’t appear on the map unless Venue L is able to be mapped by Google Maps (either valid address information or manually-entered lat/long).
Regarding your second question, we keep each thread to a single issue so if you have follow-up questions, please open a new thread. However, the quick answer is that you can go to wp-admin > Events > Event Categories and find each category’s URL, like this: http://cl.ly/2y3j3U1E4634
Looking forward to hearing back from you…

MemberThanks for your system information. As of your last reply with system information, I see both core and pro were at 4.0.7 (the latest versions as of the time you shared your info). However, when you initially created this ticket, you submitted your system information then too — and at that time you were on core 4.0.5 and pro 4.0.4.
Are you still seeing these issues? (I’m not familiar with any interface that allows you to select “Do not allow messages for this process” or anything similar.)
At this time, there is now a new version — 4.1 — so you might try that too.
I hope this information helps resolve any errors / messages.
Regarding how events in a recurrence series works:
If you “edit single” or “break from series”, that occurrence will then be as if it were never part of the recurrence series — so if you delete the series, it will not delete the other single occurrence.
Let me know how things go for you.
Thanks!
