Problem creating tickets

Hi!

I have a problem to creating event tickets properly. I create an event and the ticket for this event but on the purchasing process doesn’t appear the payment options.

Hi. Thanks for your question.

In order for the tickets to appear, you need to use our Event Tickets Plus and Event Tickets plugins

Please reference our Making Tickets KB article (screenshots are from an install using WooCommerce) for an idea how to create tickets for an event.

I hope this info helps. If it doesn’t, please share your System Information. That will give me a lot of extra information to help diagnose the problem.
