    Seems like I am victim to a plugin conflict similar to others, maybe even like this.

    I am using a child theme of WooThemes Canvas, and the offending plugin appears to be Canvas Extension – Page Builder for Canvas.

    What do I do?
    Who do I speak to?
    Is there a snippet that you might be able to provide to get me at least going in the meantime?
    Did you want a copy of the plugin to troubleshoot?

    Hi Paul. Thanks for the detailed question. Per our Scope of Support / Terms, we don’t guarantee support for such conflicts. However, we try to be as helpful as possible.

    I’d suggest making sure you’re on the latest versions of all our plugins, their theme/plugin, and WordPress core.

    If that still doesn’t resolve it, please provide a screenshot or video screen capture demonstrating the issue(s).

    So I have continued testing in the client environment, and it is obvious that the plugin will not work properly – add tickets to the cart.

    Do you offer refunds?

    Paul, if you provide us details on the conflicts, we may have some insights. I just can’t guarantee it’ll be something we can or will fix. But we’re ok giving it a look if you want.

    If needed, we have a pretty great Refund Policy.
