Tickets won't email

    I had everything setup nicely. In an attempt to speed up my system I changed my server over to a VPS. I retained the domain name however the nameservers did change and there was a minor configuring change with the email. I brought the files over and the database. Then one thing happened – the tickets stopped sending out. Everything was working fine on the commerce end, people can buy but they don’t receive their tickets. Have you experienced anything like this before where the email stops sending out?

    Hi Brian. Thanks for your detailed question.

    Our plugins use the default WordPress emailing functions. Are your other emails sending (e.g. password reset, new user created, etc)?

    If those are sending but our ticket emails are not, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
