MemberHi Adage. Thanks for your question.
I tried to replicate your issue and this is how things worked for me:
- Venue edit screen: http://cl.ly/1Z0Q210m3D42
- Front-end event view with event at that Venue: http://cl.ly/280C0y2r3B0B
Please let me know if things are different on your site.

MemberHi Tac. This is not an option at this time. You’re welcome to add that as a feature request.
Please do add your feature request there.
This allows others who are interested in that feature to easily voice their support. We frequently review suggestions there to find out which ones are popular, then we implement as many of them as we can.
Once you post it, feel free to link to it from here in case anyone comes across this forum thread in the future.

MemberPhill, I thoroughly tested creating a new event at Eventbrite.com, adding multiple tickets (including group discount as specified here), importing to WordPress, and everything appeared as expected.
The only thing I noticed is if the Eventbrite event is NOT publicly listed, the EB Tickets won’t appear. But from your screenshots, it appears this isn’t your issue.
You might want to try re-importing the event (delete the existing WP post, permanently delete it from the WP trash, and re-import it).
Please let me know if that solves it for you.
Thanks for your time and effort!
Cliff
MemberThanks, Jeff.
Please see if adjusting these this setting on that specific event’s wp-admin Event Editor page works: http://cl.ly/2J3q1A3K2P1R

MemberThanks for the screenshots. It looks like the 5% is coming off in your wp-admin Event Editor view but not on the front-end.
However, I saw you marked this thread as “Resolved”. Did you still need assistance?
If yes…
On the front-end, it displays $75, but does it eventually display $71.25 when they get to the cart?
Cliff
MemberPhill, I checked with one of our developers and the .com vs .co.uk shouldn’t have any effect.
Also, we’ve had many issues with Eventbrite’s consistency. That’s not said to place blame to this specific topic, just that it’s proven difficult over time to know what’s an error on our side (coding) vs their side (downtime, coding, etc).
Is there any additional information — possibly links and/or screenshots to other events of yours — that may help our developers in debugging your specific issue?
Cliff
MemberHi. Thanks for your question.
Unfortunately, none of your screenshots came through. Could you please try to re-send them?
Also, to clarify, if an event if $100 for non-members, should members be seeing $95 pricing in their WooCommerce cart at checkout?

MemberHi. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
If it doesn’t, please share your System Information. That will give me a lot of extra information to help diagnose the problem.
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.
Cliff
MemberCindy, I’m glad you’re making progress! And thanks for sharing the code that worked for you.
Regarding your additional questions, I believe I understand what you’re asking for, but we’re limited in helping with customizations, per our Scope of Support / Terms.
Additionally, we try to keep each thread to a single topic, which I believe we’ve solved.
Therefore, I’m going to Close this thread. If you do need additional support that you feel is within our Scope of Support Terms, please do create a new thread.
Cliff
MemberThanks for working on that.
When I tried that URL in iCal Importer without changing the default Start Date (defaults to today), I see this: http://cl.ly/303C3J3L3J1S
Therefore, please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
If it doesn’t, would you mind enabling WP_DEBUG and sharing any messages you see while navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket?
After all that, please let us know if you think you’ve found a bug.
Thanks.

MemberEric, thanks for that info.
I didn’t see that error. Here’s what I saw in the Mac Chrome console: http://cl.ly/2k1M1K0D2k0w — no error.
Let me know if you’re still experiencing the issue.

Membermost of the events are not getting displaying in my calender
I cannot know the cause of this without additional information — screenshots, link to a page where it’s happening, etc.
Does it still happen when you go through the Testing with Conflicts steps?
