ParticipantHi,
I have updated the latest version of wordpress and latest version of event calender and event calender pro. After that event calender is not visible on mobile devices. Please let me know what is the issue.
Thanks

MemberHi. This is not something we’re experiencing. Please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.

ParticipantHi,
I tried your “Testing for Conflicts Guide” and found a theme conflict. Please let me know how to resolve that. Thanks

MemberGlad to hear you were able to make some progress toward resolving your issue (determining the conflict).
Please provide as much information as possible about what you determined was the conflict — links, annotated screenshots, video screen captures, etc.
Please also share your System Information. That will give me a lot of extra information to help diagnose the problem.
Thanks.

MemberThanks for your system information.
One thing you might want to try is switching the Events Template setting and see if that helps (with your theme active).
Is that screenshot of your theme (not Twenty Fifteen theme screenshot) when all other plugins are deactivated?
Did you try your theme with all other plugins disabled to ensure it’s not a plugin conflict?

ParticipantHi Cliff,
I have also tried by switching the “Events Template setting” with my theme active, but it doesn’t work. Also I deactivate my all plugins with my theme active, still it doesn’t work.
One thing I noticed is that the event calender is visible on mobile devices with screen width greater than 520 pixels. Below this width it is not working. Please check and help me to sort this issue.
Thanks

MemberWould you mind enabling WP_DEBUG and sharing any PHP errors you see while navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket?
Once you share your WP_DEBUG findings, we may be able to get an idea of any plugin or theme conflicts.
Please enable WP_DEBUG on your site. You’ll need to edit to your site’s wp-config.php file and change this line of code:
define('WP_DEBUG', false);to this:define('WP_DEBUG', true);
(or add this line of code if you can’t find mention of ‘WP_DEBUG’ in your wp-config.php file)If any errors do appear while navigating your site’s pages, please copy and paste them in their entirety into a new ticket reply — along with the URL of where you saw the error(s) — and make sure you set it as a Private reply.
Let us know what you find. 🙂

MemberThanks for that information.
I can see there’s an issue with Role Scoper plugin. It’s possible that all of those are from Role Scoper, but I cannot tell for sure on some of those messages.
Please deactivate Role Scoper and see if any of those messages remain and if our plugins work fine without Role Scoper activated.
Thanks!

ParticipantHi Cliff,
I think there is no conflict with any of the installed plugin as I have tried by deactivating all the plugins and issue was still there. But when I deactivate my current theme and activate the twenty-fifteen theme, then only it works fine, so that means issue is with the theme only, but I don’t know what thing in my theme is conflicting with event calender pro. Please check and let me know.
Thanks

MemberI understand, and thank you for the additional information.
I am unfamiliar with your theme or whom its author is. Is it a theme available on WordPress.org?
(Please note that, per our Scope of Support / Terms, we only guarantee support for WP’s default themes so I may end up being limited in what I can assist with here.)

ParticipantHi Cliff,
Theme that I am using is my custom theme, but I found the issue, that was dues to some customs css used in my theme. I resolved that mobile issue.
But now I found some other issue most of the events are not getting displaying in my calender and that I think is not due to any conflict with theme or plugin. Please suggest some way to solve this issue.
Thanks for your previous guide and reply.

Membermost of the events are not getting displaying in my calender
I cannot know the cause of this without additional information — screenshots, link to a page where it’s happening, etc.
Does it still happen when you go through the Testing with Conflicts steps?

ParticipantHi Cliff,
Please visit the following links to see the problem.
Old Version: http://www.wsplibrary.ca/events/
Upgraded Version: http://stage.wsplibrary.ca/events/
You will see that there are number of events not showing in the upgraded version of the event calendar.
We have tested this with default wordpress theme. The problem is also coming in it, so the problem is not related to conflict.
Please let us know if you want any further information.
