MemberPhew! Glad we figured that one out instead of it being a bug 🙂
Cliff
MemberHi Ed. Thanks for your question.
From the thread you linked to, our Staff stated:
The bad news is: Event Tickets Plus doesn’t fully support Recurring events, nor did WooTickets before it.
If there is something besides Event Tickets for recurring events that you’re asking about, could you please be more specific?
Cliff
Memberdesignoneweb, thanks for assisting here. If it’s okay with you, we’ll take it from here. If you need support with this issue too, please create your own new thread.
Donna, I input your URL and imported only the “Stephen Ministry Meeting” event.
Specific to that event, I do not believe it imported accurately. I will run it past one of our developers to double-check.
Once we get the events to import accurately, then we can address if importing duplicates.
Regarding duplicates, though, are you setting that URL up as a recurring import and that’s where the duplicates are being created?
Cliff
MemberHi. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
If it doesn’t, please share your System Information. That will give me a lot of extra information to help diagnose the problem.
Please provide the iCal’s URL as well.
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.
Cliff
MemberPlease let me know if I’m understanding your request completely:
on the Community Tickets portion of the Community Events form, you’re wanting the ticket image upload to be a “simple” image upload and not initializing the full WP Media Library image select-existing or upload-new dialog box
Correct?
Cliff
MemberThank you for your diligence in tracking down the cause of this issue. I understand it can sometimes be time consuming and/or frustrating.
I understand http://ballsaal.be/stunde/zeitgenoessisch-mittelstufe/2016-05-03/ is the event out of order on May 3, and I see that it is a recurring event (not that that should affect its ordering).
Could you please specify if any of the events that appear out of order are setup as “sticky in month view“?
On my local testing site, sticky in month view was the only way I got an event (even a recurring event) to appear out of order based on the start time.

MemberAdam, as both the options you laid out are in-depth customizations, we’re limited in how much we can help, as stated earlier. I hope you understand.
Cliff
MemberHi Jared.
Thanks very much for your interest in our products’ Unlimited Sites licensing!
We do have some Bundles available for purchase. To get to the Unlimited Sites licensing for each, please click this link at each pricing page.
We know this purchase would be a significant investment, but we’d be able to provide forum support to you, the purchaser, and automatic plugin updates for all the sites you develop.
Last but not least, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.
Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.
Cliff
MemberHi Lucas. Could you please explain what you meant by “…the same way it is done for the event picture” — maybe a screenshot would help?

MemberRegarding the error that’s still happening (some events missing) please provide as much helpful information as possible, such as:
- link(s) to the calendar view(s) you’re having trouble with (e.g. your Month View)
- screenshot of the wp-admin Event editor for an event that should appear there (e.g. an event in May 2016)
- link(s) to the Event Single view of one or more events that aren’t appearing on the View(s) you’re experiencing issues with
Thank you.
Cliff
MemberThank you for confirming. I think I’ve heard of another customer(s) having a conflict with Role Scoper recently.
Regarding the error that’s still happening, please provide as much helpful information as possible, such as:
- link(s) to the calendar view(s) you’re having trouble with
- screenshot of the wp-admin Event editor for an event that should appear there (e.g. an event in May 2016)
- the same screenshot of the same view but having followed the Testing for Conflicts Guide
Also, please share your system information as previously requested.
Thank you.

MemberJohn, I’m glad that your site is working again, but to be clear TwentySixteen does not have any effect on your site unless it’s activated. So maybe the fix was something weird with your Genesis child theme just needing to be deactivated and freshly activated.
While I don’t believe it’s fully up-to-date, we do have Genesis theme framework integration that may help as you build your site.
Cliff
MemberShahzad, thanks for that additional information.
Did that WP_DEBUG message appear after following the Testing for Conflicts guide? I am wondering if this is caused by some custom code (a snippet you may have copied from the past)?
Thank you.
Cliff
MemberHi Shahzad. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
I see you have the latest versions of WordPress core, WooCommerce, and each of our plugins.
Is the issue that the Tickets are not displaying on the front-end?
If yes, please provide a screenshot of the wp-admin edit screen for the tickets attached to http://www.funinthesunsurfschool.com/dev/event/event-2/
Have you set a quantity and a date/time range for tickets to be available for purchase?
If that doesn’t answer your question, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
If it doesn’t, would you mind enabling WP_DEBUG and sharing any messages you see while navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket?
Thanks.
