ParticipantWe are getting a “There were no results found” error on our calendar. We are running Events Calendar PRO version 4.1.2. Desktop Mozilla sees events in list and month. Chrome gets an error when they try to go to next month, day or list and all mobile views get the error. How can I trouble shoot this?

MemberHi Sabrina. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
If it doesn’t, please share your System Information. That will give me a lot of extra information to help diagnose the problem.
Let us know what you find out.

ParticipantI found that the “Role Scoper” plug-in that I use was causing the issue. I turned off all the controls for Tribe elements I could find and it fixed it on the desktop version of the site, but not the mobile. Any suggestions on where to look for those elements of Event Calendar?

MemberThank you for confirming. I think I’ve heard of another customer(s) having a conflict with Role Scoper recently.
Regarding the error that’s still happening, please provide as much helpful information as possible, such as:
- link(s) to the calendar view(s) you’re having trouble with
- screenshot of the wp-admin Event editor for an event that should appear there (e.g. an event in May 2016)
- the same screenshot of the same view but having followed the Testing for Conflicts Guide
Also, please share your system information as previously requested.
