Cliff
MemberHi Dave. Sorry you’re having this issue.
You’ll need to look into your server’s actual files — either via cPanel or SFTP — and see if you can locate (and then delete) the the-events-calendar directory.
If you’re unable to figure it out, please request technical support from your web host.
I hope this helps you resolve this issue, and that you get a fresh copy of The Events Calendar installed after that.

Please reference this code to add your own Google Maps API key, and let me know if it solves your issue:

May 16, 2016 at 2:58 pm in reply to: Map, Photo & Week Views Are A Blank Screen After I Upgraded to 4.1.2 Calendar Pro #1115140Cliff
MemberHi. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
I see you’re on the latest versions of our plugins and WordPress core. As such, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
If it doesn’t, would you mind enabling WP_DEBUG and sharing any messages you see while navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket?
After all that, please let us know if you think you’ve found a bug.
Thanks.

MemberHi Andrea. Thanks for your question.
Since this isn’t our plugin’s default functionality, you may want to ask your developer or reference our list of known customizers.
I appreciate your question and the desire to customize it for your use, but we’re limited by our Scope of Support / Terms.
If there’s something else I can help you with, please update this ticket or create a new ticket if it’s a separate issue.
Thank you very much for your understanding.
May 16, 2016 at 2:49 pm in reply to: Date function not working properly. Is this the Events Calendar? #1115136Cliff
MemberWhen I do a date function in PHP…
Yes, I believe you’re correct that WordPress tries to force PHP to use UTC regardless of its General Settings (so its own date functions work consistently), so that would seem to explain what you’re seeing.
Please let me know if you need anything else.

MemberHi again, Robert.
1) I checked our internal bug tracker and I’d expect it to be released very soon, but I cannot promise any time frame.
2) I was unable to reproduce. To make sure we’re on the same page:
- /wp-admin/post.php?post=104&action=edit -> http://cl.ly/2Y1G472E260o
- “Event sales report” links to /wp-admin/admin.php?post_type=tribe_events&page=tickets-orders&event_id=104
- and looks like this: http://cl.ly/1q3k3x1i0t3y
As such, could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
If it doesn’t, would you mind enabling WP_DEBUG and sharing any messages you see while navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket?
After all that, please let us know if you think you’ve found a bug.
Thanks.
May 16, 2016 at 2:00 pm in reply to: Request information for each attendee during registration #1115119Cliff
MemberThe link you previously provided me is now a Past Event (which makes the RSVP/tickets no longer appear).
However, I believe your video was for this event: http://sarasotadems.wpengine.com/event/train-the-candidates/
I saw the same Console error as in your video. As this isn’t a reproducible error — as initially stated — please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.
Cliff
MemberI’ll need a screenshot or link of where their site states “ticket widget is not available if you enable group bookings” before pursuing this further with our developers. Please provide that if you’re able to.
Thanks!

MemberThis is a video of how things should work: http://cl.ly/1L051B1T1N20
Notice there’s only one Name/Email by default (because that’s who the purchaser is). However, you could add custom fields for your own use if you choose — and then do what you’re wanting with custom code (do an action to each ticket, based on the quantity selected).
Please let me know your thoughts on this when you get time to try it out.
Thanks.

If you need some coding help, you may want to reference our list of known customizers.

MemberHi. You posted in our Pre-Sales forum from a user account that doesn’t have any current licenses associated with it.
We don’t answer support questions in the Pre-Sales forum.
However, I can tell you that no functionality would be affected by your license expiring — only loss of access to updates and support.
Please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
Thank you for your understanding and thank you for using our plugins.
Cliff
MemberHi. Thanks for your question.
Please reference our Recurring Events KB article. Our PRO plugin doesn’t allow picking dates as such.
Let me know if you have any other questions.
