Cannot access community events add an event

    We cannot add events to community event. The option has disappeared. Is this because licence has expired?

    Hi. You posted in our Pre-Sales forum from a user account that doesn’t have any current licenses associated with it.

    We don’t answer support questions in the Pre-Sales forum.

    However, I can tell you that no functionality would be affected by your license expiring — only loss of access to updates and support.

    Please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.

    Cliff, thank you for your reply.

    When I go to the plugin to see if I can change settings etc. it states that I do not have sufficient permission. As the administrator for the site, I’m at a loss to determine why I can’t access the plugin.
