MemberHi. Sorry you’re experiencing this. It’s not something I’m able to reproduce on my local testing site.
Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
If it doesn’t, would you mind enabling WP_DEBUG and sharing any messages you see while navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket?
After all that, please let us know if you think you’ve found a bug.
Thanks.

MemberHi Mike.
Yes, TEC is currently at v4.1.4, and TEC PRO’s latest version is 4.1.3. Yes, they go together. Sorry about any confusion.
Please let me know if you need anything additional help.

MemberHi. Event Tickets (free version) creates the RSVP ticket type.
You should probably create a WooCommerce ticket via Event Tickets Plus (the paid upgrade) that has zero cost.
Please let me know if this works for you.

MemberHi Richard.
Are you trying to use Event Tickets Plus (paid upgrade to Event Tickets) with this Events Manager plugin?
Cliff
MemberThanks for your clarification.
I personally agree it’s oddly inconsistent. However, it’s not a simple fix.
I’ve passed this along for our developers to consider.
I’ll mark this ticket as Pending Fix, which means this thread should receive a reply if the applicable fix gets released. I cannot guarantee if/when it will be fixed as it’s in the development team’s hands now. They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release. I apologize for this issue and appreciate your understanding and patience.

MemberI noticed console errors at your site:
- Uncaught Error: Syntax error, unrecognized expression: [href=#undefined]
- You have included the Google Maps API multiple times on this page. This may cause unexpected errors.
If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.
Please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.

MemberHi. Sorry you’re experiencing this. I’m guessing this is from your theme, not one of our plugins.
Please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.

MemberHi. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
Could you please see if your recurring event(s) were somehow set to stop recurring until a specific date? If definitely not, could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
If it doesn’t, please share your System Information. That will give me a lot of extra information to help diagnose the problem.
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.

MemberHi Patti. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
Could you please provide me the iCal URL or .ics file and share your System Information. That will give me a lot of extra information to help diagnose the problem.
Cliff
Memberif there would be a way of trying to do that by myself
Do what by yourself?

Please specify where the “artist” for each event is being set (screenshots and example links help if you’re unsure how to word it).

You can probably hook into wp_mail() or WC_Email class.

MemberHi. My understanding from one of our developers is that the two plugins’ updates narrowed the potential for conflicts but didn’t fully resolve all scenarios and that we’ll need to handle things probably for some time to come before everything’s peachy-keen between the two if at all possible.
We appreciate your understanding with the situation.
May 19, 2016 at 12:52 pm in reply to: Add a name to every ticket on checkout so it can be shown on the attendees list #1116632Cliff
Memberwootickets_generate_ticket_attendee is probably what you’re looking for, which receives $attendee_id, $event_id, $order and $product_id (if the callback requests them).
Also, since it’s just a custom post type, you could just use standard WP hooks that fire on post creation.
I hope this helps!

Cliff
MemberThank you for the information.
I am glad you updated to the latest versions.
However, please follow the Testing for Conflicts Guide.
Regarding:
Is it possible to add the artist of the show in the ticket?
Is it possible to send the ticket in pdf format? Is the “artist of the show” an Additional Field from Events Calendar PRO?
I’d suggest you add your vote to this feature request if it’s what you’re asking for.

MemberDonna, I researched your iCal URL file more thoroughly and discovered your .ics file has “Eastern Standard Time” as the time zone. However, that’s not a valid time zone. An example of a valid time zone is “America/Los_Angeles”
Additionally, your calendar URL does not validate.
Therefore, please fix your iCal file and try to import. Hopefully that will resolve your issue. Please let me know.
