Thanks for your detailed question, Becky.

There isn’t anything about that KB’s code snippet that should make the Eventbrite iframe appear more than once.

I’d suggest following these recommended troubleshooting steps for your own site:

There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?

Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.

If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to Twenty Sixteen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.

If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see while changing tickets quantity, navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket.

Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts Mode). That will give me a lot of extra information to help diagnose the problem.

You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)

Let us know what you find out.

    Thanks.

    Hi, Katie.

Thanks for your interest in our plugin suite.

Our Community Events add-on provides this functionality. We also have discounted Bundles available if you’re looking to add even more functionality.

Last but not least, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.

I hope this info helps. Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

Carly, please provide a link where you’re seeing this on your site (e.g. an Event Single page).

I have this old snippet that may come in handy here:

    https://gist.github.com/cliffordp/d3e17609114d84eb6a36

If you cannot figure it out or want a second set of eyes to take a closer look once you’ve got it setup, please let me know and I’ll help more where I can.

Please let me know how this goes for you.

We provide extensions as a convenience for users who want a common feature request on their site.

If you’d like to customize this extension, you’re welcome to do so but there is no method for you to modify the extension for everyone else.

Also, at this time, our extensions do not have an auto-update mechanism.

Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions on this topic.

Thank you SO much for your effort here and the extra troubleshooting information; I shared it with the developer currently assigned to this high-priority bug.

Just today, our development team finished researching and here’s the result:

After further review, this issue does not appear to be a bug. Rather it is the expected behaviour of WooCommerce and of orders placed via the PayPal payment gateway. In fact, if you test the same scenario out using just WooCommerce–i.e., using a regular WooCommerce product and without activating any of our plugins–you should be able to experience the same thing. Ideally, if PayPal’s IPN is functioning properly (which likely won’t work on localhost sites and some server configurations), then WooCommerce’s stock should automatically reduce.

When completing orders manually, for instance, the requirement for you to also update inventory manually is expected and deliberate. If you have further questions on this please don’t hesitate to let us know, however in many cases the WooCommerce team will be better able to assist especially if your question relates to the operation of WooCommerce in general and is not specific to tickets or our ticketing plugins.

We’re sorry for any confusion and for any delay in providing this update and, again, if we can help further definitely let us know!

Bart, https://www.facebook.com/events/561092140756297/ is not a valid Facebook event at this time (maybe you deleted it?)

If you want me to try another Facebook event link that’s not working for you, I can.

However, given that I tried one for someone else earlier this week and it worked fine–and that your loading progress bar looks wonky–I’d suggest following these recommended troubleshooting steps for your own site:

There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?

    Thanks.

    Hi, Camilla.

Please go to wp-admin > Events > Settings > Display tab > and check the “Hide related events” box.

Please let me know how this goes for you.

    Hi, Allen.

I visited your site’s Events archive (Month View) page and noticed it does not have the “Export Events” link in the bottom-right, like it should. Here’s our demo site’s Month View so you can compare: http://wpshindig.com/events/

That “Export Events” link is http://wpshindig.com/events/?ical=1&tribe_display=month

That link should work at your site as well.

Please note that each view (e.g. List View) may have a different export link.

Also, each single event has its own iCal export.

Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions on this topic.

    Hi, Kathy.

Thanks for your interest in our plugin suite.

None of our add-ons include any other add-ons… except for our Bundle purchases.

Last but not least, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.

    Hi. Sorry you’re experiencing this.

Please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see while changing tickets quantity, navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket.
