    Hi there,

Hope you might be able to help.

We have a show (same show and venue) that runs throughout the year.

We are going to use the montly calendar to show our shows – http://ihp.rightclick-testing.com/demo/events/2017-01/

We would like however to show the shows that are sold out at this level, as it currently is users have to still go to the show detail page to see all the tickets are sold out! Can you help?

The other item we have a question on is the attendee list, we will have partners making orders, most will be large quanties i.e 60 tickets, in the admin when we view these they are all listed as seperate lines under the same user and order ID, however it would be much better for us to see this as one line, with the order number and the name, and the quantity of tickets, as we would check all them in at once rather than indivual basis.

Im hoping the above are clear to you and look forward to your response.

Hi, James. Thanks for your question.

It seems like there was quite a lot in there. Could you please clarify exactly what you’d like me to try to help with? (Maybe a screenshot or link or two would help.)

P.S. http://ihp.rightclick-testing.com/demo/events/ looks pretty sweet. Good job!

The “Good News. We have tickets available for this date.” message is not from our plugins.

If you need some coding help, you may want to ask your own developer, your theme author, or reference our documentation and list of known customizers.

    Thanks for clarifying.

People who visit your calendar may already have a ticket or may be interested to learn about the event if their friend asked them if they want to go with them because they have an extra ticket. Just some ideas.

If you are still wanting this functionality–not linking to the single event view if the event is sold out–do you want it only for the Month View or for all views and all instances of linking to the single event throughout your site?

    Hi Cliff,

All shows we do are identical so users can easily look at show details on another page.

I feel that it’s a bad experience for users to get all the way to the detail to find it’s sold out. Hence why we are trying to prevent them from linking to this.

I would like to show the shows that are sold out from the earliest view to all pages

Please can you advise the best way to achieve this

    Many thanks

If I’m understanding your request correctly, you might be able to use tribe_events_has_soldout() with a Template Override of /wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/views/month/single-event.php

Please let me know how this goes for you.

Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.

    Thanks so much!
