ParticipantHi! I’m wondering if the Events Calendar has a history of clashing with the WordPress Bridge theme?

MemberHi, Che.
Please see this recent reply to another user with Bridge theme and let me know your thoughts.

ParticipantHi Cliff,
In my case that unfortunately does not help. I’ve had a few issues but one that has recently emerged that my web developer does not know how to fix is this: the forward link on the calendar does not work. It goes to a blank page. She’s tried another theme and deactivating all the plugins to no avail.

MemberPlease provide a link to where you’re experiencing this issue.
If it’s unavailable to the public, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see while changing tickets quantity, navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket.
You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site, paying particular attention before and after you click the Next Month link that’s causing issues for you. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.

ParticipantHi Cliff,
Here is the link: http://blessedbrisbane.com.au/events/.
As you will see when you try to go from February to March using the button below the calendar, the page does not display.
Thanks 🙂

MemberThanks for that link. I see two Google Maps console errors at that link. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
- You have included the Google Maps API multiple times on this page. This may cause unexpected errors.

I suggest disabling your other plugin or theme that is including the Google Maps script on your site. Please follow https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/setting-up-your-google-maps-api-key/ and input your Google Maps API key at wp-admin > Events > Settings > APIs

Regarding your question about clicking to the next month, it generates this console error: https://cl.ly/2a0N1R3q3c07
The thread I initially linked to deals with JavaScript console errors with our Community Events add-on with the Bridge theme. Therefore, I’m guessing this is related to your theme and should be handled with their support system.

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
