I tested that link as well, here.

I re-checked the first link too. For both links, there is an error that there’s no location.

I was not able to recreate the issue when comparing to a random event from our demo site:

Because we cannot replicate the issue and because you have some custom templating in place, we cannot assist with debugging this as-is, but I can offer some recommended troubleshooting steps:

There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?

Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.

If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to Twenty Seventeen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.

If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see while changing tickets quantity, navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket.

Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts Mode). That will give me a lot of extra information to help diagnose the problem.

You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)

Let us know what you find out.

    Thanks.

So it sounds like WPML was at play here. I’m glad you got it sorted out.

Uwe, I was not able to replicate this other Safari bug you mentioned on my testing site or even on your site.

If you share an annotated screenshot or video screen capture, it might help communicate what you’re seeing and what exactly the issue is.

    Thanks, Patrick.

Please add a quantity for Stock and see if that gets it to display on your site.

Hi, Adam. No updates yet at this time.

We don’t give release estimates but I can at least tell you that the fix for this bug hasn’t been started on yet.

I can point you to our Release Schedule as a general reference.

    Jakub,

Sorry we didn’t meet your needs.

I’ve processed your refund request for Order #1248082

The money should be returned within the next few days to a week.

Also, you’re still welcome to add your vote to that feature request.

    Hi, Patrick.

Sorry to hear you’re having this issue!

Could you please send me a screenshot of this ticket’s edit screen in the event’s wp-admin edit page?

We need to make sure the sale availability dates, quantity, etc. are set correctly.

And/Or, if you change the “Location of Tickets form” option, do they then appear on this event (even if not in the ideal location)?

    Thank you.

    Hi, Tristan.

Thanks for your business, but potential future purchases doesn’t change the timing of when we reply to threads; they’re first-come-first-serve as best we can.

There could be several reasons for this event’s map not to display.

Could you please provide me a screenshot or video screen capture of this event’s wp-admin edit screen (to see if the appropriate Google Maps box is checked)? Same for this event’s venue wp-admin edit screen and the Map Settings section from wp-admin > Events > Settings > General tab.

    Then we’ll go from there…

    Thank you.

Hi, Brandon. Sorry you’re experiencing this.

We don’t test against Bridge theme or other themes. I’d suggest following these recommended troubleshooting steps for your own site:

There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?

Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.

If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to Twenty Seventeen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins and the Bridge parent theme, not a child theme) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.

    Thanks.

    Hi, Uwe.

    Thanks for the detailed request.

I’m running the same version of Safari and was able to replicate the issue on my testing site when using the browser’s back button. However, I wasn’t able to replicate the issue by clicking the “All Events” link.

I’ll mark this ticket as Pending Fix, which means this thread should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed as it’s in the development team’s hands now. They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release.

I apologize for this issue and appreciate your understanding and patience.

It seems your site has quite a few customizations in place. For example, copying the ZURÜCK link at your site results in javascript:history.go(-1) being copied to my clipboard. However, it should be https://finde-deinen-malkurs.de/kurse/

You might want to try following these recommended troubleshooting steps for your own site to see if you can get the same result as my testing site:

Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.

    Hi. Sorry to hear this.

It’s one of the major reasons we switched Facebook Importer to a service instead of all the plugin code running on customers’ own sites.

Please switch to using Event Aggregator (EA). It is a service and is already built into The Events Calendar. In other words, there’s no need to install anything new. You already have a license for it at https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/

Enter your EA license key at wp-admin > Events > Settings > Licenses to unlock the premium importing features under Events > Import.

Please reference https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-to-event-aggregator/ for full details.

Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions on this topic.

    Show Google Map:
    Show Google Maps Link:

are terms used on both the wp-admin Event edit screen and the wp-admin Venue edit screen.

Where is this checkbox not getting checked–Event, Venue, or neither?

In our forums we keep our threads focused on just one issue at a time to ensure we fully answer each of your questions/issues. Please keep this in mind for the future and start a new thread for your additional questions from this thread. Thanks for your understanding.

If you haven’t previously, please create a new thread regarding the 24-hour time format bug for Community Events.

in reply to: How do I import multiple organizers via CSV import? #1249329
    Cliff
    Member

If you click to edit an Organizer, you’ll get to a URL like /wp-admin/post.php?post=1234&action=edit — in which case this Organizer Post ID is 1234.

Here are the details on this bug:

    To recreate:
    1. Create 2 organizers
    2. Import an event CSV where there are multiple organizers by name in the Organizers column, comma separated (e.g. “organizer 1, organizer 2”)
    3. Check event details, whether organizers are there (should not be there)
    4. Now import an event CSV where there are multiple organizers by ID in the Organizers column, comma separated (e.g. “1234,9876”)
    5. Check event details, whether organizers are there (should be there)

I’ll mark this ticket as Pending Fix, which means this thread should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed as it’s in the development team’s hands now. They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release. However, it doesn’t look like it’ll be a near-term fix, sorry to say.

I apologize for this issue and appreciate your understanding and patience.
