ParticipantI have the same issue.
I need to use Woo Checkout Field Editor Pro and Event Ticket Plus next to each other.
Will doing this attendees list aren’t filled up in Event Ticket Plus, although they are requested at the calendar level.More than strange, after the process of purchasing tickets.
When a user returns to the calender level he get noticed of the tickets he already bought.
If he is changing the attendee information at that point, it will be stored. And it is usable for further administration.I’m using a hosting partner in Belgium (no GoDaddy).
I really want to ask to solve this issue, refunding of your product is the latest step!

MemberHi, Jonas.
Sorry you’re experiencing this.
I see you shared the system information from WooCommerce.
Could you also please share your phpinfo.php details and also please share your System Information from The Events Calendar. That will give me a lot of extra information to help diagnose the problem.

You can download a previous version from https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/ — it has a drop-down to select a previous version. Some users reported that downgrading The Events Calendar, Event Tickets, and Event Tickets Plus all to version 4.4.1 resolved the issue for them.
So you might also want to try.
