ParticipantHi there,
I just wanted to add some new events with ticket-fuctionality. The dialoque says, that the tickets are being generated, but there is no editable field in the event-page, as it used to be. Plus, no woocommerce product is created. Also, on the front-end of the event, there is no “buy ticket” option, no button etc.
I´ve included two screenshots, one of an event, I´ve created last year, with an editable ticket in the back-end, and another one with the newly created event, without that editable section.
In the events-list, the newly created page is listed as one with a ticket attached to it.
How can I proceed ?
Regards,

MemberHi. The WooCommerce tickets created via Event Tickets Plus (ET+) are intentionally not available via WooCommerce shopping pages for multiple reasons:
- Attendee Meta fields will not show up unless adding the ticket via the Event Single view
- Depending on your Global Stock setting, the inventory/stock could be thrown off if purchased outside of ET+ (i.e. directly via WooCommerce)
Basically, ET+ should handle things until passed along to WooCommerce’s Cart, then WooCommerce takes over (Cart, Checkout, etc).
If you decide you still do, we have this KB article to help you: Selling tickets from the WooCommerce products page
Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

ParticipantHi Cliff,
tahnk you for your quick response.
I´m sorry, but you didn´t understand:
In the backend, it says, the ticket is created (see new screenshot) but there is no editable section, if I wanted to add some more information i.e.. In the frontend, found here : https://www.zurfreiheit.de/event/essigverkostung-und-fuehrung-durch-unsere-essigmanufaktur/ there is neither a price shown nor any ticket form, where customers could buy a ticket. The problem with woocommerce comes second, which means, if ET+ doesn´t correctly issue a ticket, I will not be able to sell it – neither via the single event page (as I used to) nor via any woo-product page.
I set all the files up according to the help pages, and it worked beautifully up until recently, when I began adding new events.
The last event with a ticket attached was added in January and it worked perfectly with woocommerce and all.
So, there must have been some changes to the way, tickets are now created.
Again: forget about woocommerce, in the first step, the tickets must be created, which they really aren´t by now.
Regards, Jürgen

MemberPlease provide a screenshot of that event’s ticket editing area in wp-admin so I can see the ticket(s) you setup for that event.

ParticipantHi Cliff,
the requested screenshots were attached to the first message.
I´ll include it again, if it helps.March 3, 2017 at 1:24 pm #1249258Cliff
MemberOh, sorry about that. I see it’s not even showing up, like you stated.
This isn’t currently a known issue so I’d suggest following these recommended troubleshooting steps for your own site:
See if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
- Downloads / Version Numbers
- License Keys
- TEC Automatic Updates
- or TEC Manual Updates
- WordPress core updates
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to Twenty Seventeen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see while changing tickets quantity, navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket.
Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts Mode). That will give me a lot of extra information to help diagnose the problem.
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.

MemberSo it sounds like WPML was at play here. I’m glad you got it sorted out.
