Ticket Form disappeared from event page!

Hey guys I am creating this new ticket given that the 2 threads which seemed to describe my problems seem to now have been closed and unfortunately neither of them is showing how this gets resolved…

Ticket form disappeared from event page

Woo Commerce Ticket Form has no add to cart field on event page

Since we are not sure when, the ticket/registration form has stopped showing on the event page and we were forced to add a notice to our users that the online registration was down… This is obviously less than ideal and was working fine previously. I am including a screenshot of the event page with an arrow indicating where the form was supposed to show up as well as the Events settings page in which the placement is set to for “above the event description”.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated! As you can see from the event dates, this is really bad timing..

PS: It would be nice for people to just add or re-open a thread whenever they have the same issue rather than having people create a new one.

Sorry to hear you’re having this issue!

Could you please send me a screenshot of this ticket’s edit screen in the event’s wp-admin edit page?

We need to make sure the sale availability dates, quantity, etc. are set correctly.

And/Or, if you change the “Location of Tickets form” option, do they then appear on this event (even if not in the ideal location)?

I tried changing the positioning of the ticket form as you suggested and nothing really changed..

As for the additional screenshots, here they are. Please let me know if there is anything else that you need.

Please add a quantity for Stock and see if that gets it to display on your site.

I changed the stock amount to 999 and nothing changed.. no ticket form so far.

Any other ideas?.

I have created a new ticket and unplublished the old one. After adding a new ticket to the event, the ticket form for that new ticket somehow decided to show up in the events page.. Not sure what caused this, but at least it is now fixed.

Odd… I haven’t heard of that happening before; sorry you had this frustration happen. I’m glad you figured out a way around it. Thanks for letting me know.
