Ticket form disappeared from event page

We are in the middle of our ticket sales and suddenly the ticket form disappeared from our event pages. Please help.

We are sorry to hear about the tickets form disappearing from your events page. Yikes!
I would love to help you with this topic.

After a quick look at your website, I am indeed seeing quite a few events with tickets.
Would it be possible to give me an example of an event that stopped displaying tickets ?

Finally, could you please send me a screenshot of both the Edit Event screen and Edit ticket screens for that event ?
