MemberThanks.
As suspected, I noticed console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
I saw one from your theme and multiple from Disqus.
I suspect switching to a WordPress default theme (like Twenty Fifteen, Twenty Sixteen, Twenty Seventeen, etc.) and disabling Disqus will cause your map to appear.
Please let me know how this goes for you.

MemberHi, Sophie.
In our forums we keep our threads focused on just one issue at a time to ensure we fully answer each of your questions/issues. Please keep this in mind for the future and start a new thread for your additional questions from this thread (e.g. Tribe Bar / Filter Bar distance searching). Thanks for your understanding, and I’ll answer only your first question about Community Tickets.
By default, Event Tickets Plus’ WooCommerce tickets should not appear in the front-end WooCommerce Shop. However, they do show up in the wp-admin list of Products.
Could you please clarify exactly what your issue(s) with Community Tickets are so I can address each one?
Sharing an annotated screenshot, screen capture video, and/or relevant URLs may help to clarify exactly what’s happening here.

MemberHi, Eric. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
This isn’t currently a known issue so I’d suggest following these recommended troubleshooting steps for your own site:
There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
- Downloads / Version Numbers
- License Keys
- TEC Automatic Updates
- or TEC Manual Updates
- WordPress core updates
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to Twenty Seventeen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG (which will create a file on your server at /wp-content/debug.log if there are any WP_DEBUG messages) and share any debug messages you see while trying to replicate this issue and doing other things on your site relevant to this ticket (such as visiting your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and anything else you can think to do).
Then, please re-share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts Mode) in a Private Reply. That will give me a lot of extra information to help troubleshoot this.
You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.

MemberHi, Ali. Thanks for your interest in our plugin suite.
You can view a demo of our ticketing plugin at our demo site: http://wpshindig.com/event/events-tickets-demo/
Tickets are handled fully on the site, not via email.
Our single event pages (on which they obtain the ticket/RSVP), do allow importing to their own calendar app.
There is an Attendees Report per event.
All this is possible with just the free versions of The Events Calendar and Event Tickets.
Event Tickets Plus enables you to sell tickets, not just do free/RSVP tickets. Plus, it allows you to ask for Attendee Information per purchased/reserved ticket.
Last but not least, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.
I hope this info helps. Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

MemberHi, Sarah.
We don’t have a clear downgrade path.
I added a new PRO Personal-level license to your account that started today and expires at the end of this month.
Please visit https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/ and you can Renew from there.
Please let me know how this goes for you.

MemberHi, Leslie. Sorry you’re experiencing this. It definitely sounds odd!
You might try playing with this setting: wp-admin > Events > Settings > Display tab > “Events template” option — to see if changing it makes things work better for you.
If that doesn’t work, I’d suggest asking your theme author how-to for the tribe_events custom post type archive view.
Thanks!

MemberHi again, Monique.
Did you see my reply at https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/payment-to-upload-events/#post-1287407?
I’ll close this thread as a duplicate of that one. Please feel free to continue the discussion at that other thread.
Thank you.

MemberHi, Stephanie. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
We haven’t heard of this issue before. Could you please provide a link to where you think Filter Bar should be appearing on your site?
Cliff
MemberHi, Craig.
Please sign into your Google account (any Google account) and then visit this link: m.tri.be/mockdata
It will generate CSVs for you to compare to what you’re having trouble with. If you experience the same issue with importing one of these CSVs, please let me know.
FYI: we also have this CSV reference.
Please let me know how this goes for you.

MemberHi, again, Thierry.
If you purchase both Events Calendar PRO and Eventbrite Tickets and create a new support forum thread in our PRO forum (only available after you’re a customer), we’d be glad to help you with this.
Again, if things don’t work out, we have a pretty great Refund Policy.
Cliff
MemberHi, Sharon. Could you please link me to an event where this is happening for you?
Cliff
MemberHi. We always like hearing about people making customizations! 🙂
Please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG (which will create a file on your server at /wp-content/debug.log if there are any WP_DEBUG messages).
It should tell you where these notices are coming from. If you can’t figure it out, please share the full debug information it generates.
FYI: You should always have WP_DEBUG enabled whenever coding something new so it will be good for you to have this enabled anyway!
Please let me know how this goes for you.
