If I click an event it does not show me a details page of the Event that I expect. What am I doing wrong?
May 23, 2017 at 2:58 pm #1288000CliffMemberHi, Eric. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
This isn’t currently a known issue so I’d suggest following these recommended troubleshooting steps for your own site:
There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
- Downloads / Version Numbers
- License Keys
- TEC Automatic Updates
- or TEC Manual Updates
- WordPress core updates
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to Twenty Seventeen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG (which will create a file on your server at /wp-content/debug.log if there are any WP_DEBUG messages) and share any debug messages you see while trying to replicate this issue and doing other things on your site relevant to this ticket (such as visiting your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and anything else you can think to do).
Then, please re-share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts Mode) in a Private Reply. That will give me a lot of extra information to help troubleshoot this.
You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.
May 26, 2017 at 1:10 pm #1289610EricParticipantThanks. I tried deactivating WPML plugin and yours worked but I need WPML to work to but that is not my issue for now. I am still having issue with your plugin, based on the image below when I am not login on the WP-ADMIN dashboard, for some reason the events don’t show on the month view and different format CSS to show as well. On the month view if I switch a month using back and forward button it is not showing the marks that a Day has an event. I needed to be login to WP-Admin dashboard before it functions properly why is this? Please help me because I have a deadline to deliver my site.
May 29, 2017 at 8:17 am #1290353CliffMemberHi, Eric. I understand getting everything working is important and time-sensitive.
If I understood your last reply correctly, deactivating WPML caused the calendar to work (by this I assume you mean the Permalinks appeared again). This leads me to believe another plugin is conflicting with WPML but also this conflict is affecting our plugin’s operation.
Please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG (which will create a file on your server at /wp-content/debug.log if there are any WP_DEBUG messages) and share any debug messages you see while trying to replicate this issue and doing other things on your site relevant to this ticket (such as visiting your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and anything else you can think to do).
Please also be aware that we cannot provide support for non-default WordPress themes (like Twenty Seventeen) or your own theme customizations (Themer’s Guide), per our Scope of Support / Terms. If you need some coding help, you may want to ask your developer or reference our documentation and list of known customizers.
Finally, in our forums we keep our threads focused on just one issue at a time to ensure we fully answer each of your questions/issues. Please keep this in mind for the future.
Thanks for your understanding and please let me know the results of your WP_DEBUG testing.

This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
