MemberThanks for sharing your experience, Yannick.
This thread is still in Pending Fix status and will receive a reply once the fix is released.

MemberMelanie, thanks for your messages and sorry for the delayed reply here.
The red text from your error message screenshot is only found in WooCommerce, not in our plugins.
I suspect if you follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to Twenty Seventeen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins), it might work for you.
However, you may not wish to go through these steps if the only benefit is for us to be able to receive your System Information Report automatically.
For your latest screenshot, that’s a common display annoyance (not bug) when Yoast SEO is activated (for all post types, not just Events). You can go to the Screen Options link in the top-right of that screen and uncheck the columns you do not want displayed.
If that doesn’t solve the issue for you, please create a separate thread so we can keep each thread to a single issue.
Thank you.
Cliff
MemberKim and others, I apologize for the delayed response here.
We’ve confirmed this bug from your and others’ reports so I’ll mark this ticket as Pending Fix, which means this thread should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed as it’s in the development team’s hands now. They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release.
I apologize for this issue and appreciate your understanding and patience.
However, it would still be good for you to follow the WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG steps I provided in my initial reply because others have reported errors we suspect related to these failings.
Kim, if you share your WP_DEBUG findings, please reply here.
Everyone else, please create your own separate thread and include it there. Thank you.

MemberMelanie, sorry for the delay here.
Could you please send me a screenshot of the settings from your Additional Fields tab?
And also try a different field type and see if that works.

MemberIn this case, since it isn’t currently a known issue from other users, I’d suggest following these recommended troubleshooting steps for your own site:
There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
- Downloads / Version Numbers
- License Keys
- TEC Automatic Updates
- or TEC Manual Updates
- WordPress core updates
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to Twenty Seventeen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG (which will create a file on your server at /wp-content/debug.log if there are any WP_DEBUG messages) and share any debug messages you see while trying to replicate this issue and doing other things on your site relevant to this ticket (such as visiting your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and anything else you can think to do).
Then, please re-share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts Mode) in a Private Reply. That will give me a lot of extra information to help troubleshoot this.
You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.

MemberI see the fields are appearing fine pre-checkout but since it’s not a free ticket I couldn’t test fully checking out.
If it appears fine for you pre-checkout also, I’d suggest asking your host about PHP sessions.
Or, if you don’t want to ask them at this time, you could follow these recommended troubleshooting steps for your own site:

MemberHi. Thanks for sharing these details.
If I am understanding everything correctly (guessing on the language a bit), https://www.wann-is-was.de/kalender/kategorie/sport/fussball/woche/2016-11-28/ is an archive of the Sport category (unsure what fussball or woche are) and Day View is generating this URL… but there are no events on Nov 28, 2016.
Is this likely the correct guess/explanation of what’s happening?

MemberHi, Melanie.
This isn’t currently possible. I believe you’re requesting the same thing as one of our existing feature requests: https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/18009052-allow-for-multiple-selection-criteria-for-importin
Please do add your vote there.
This allows us to gauge interest in this particular feature request, which helps us prioritize our development efforts.
Thank you.

MemberHi, Kim. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
Please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG (which will create a file on your server at /wp-content/debug.log if there are any WP_DEBUG messages) and share any debug messages you see while trying to replicate this issue and doing other things on your site relevant to this ticket.
You might need to leave it enabled for a day or two (whenever your imports are scheduled).
Please also send a copy of the bottom of your Help screen at wp-admin > Events > Help where it shows the status of your Facebook connection.

MemberHi, Melanie. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
Auto-sharing the system information does work in almost all cases.
Would you be able to share an annotated screenshot, screen capture video, and/or relevant URLs to clarify exactly what’s happening here and what error(s) you’re seeing?
Then I’ll be able to dig further into this.
Thanks!
