    The attendee info is not showing up in the admin tool or emails. The “More Details” is just a dash on the attendee table in the dashboard.

    Hi, Thomas. Sorry you’re experiencing this.

    There’s a known issue where the Attendee Information will not be displayed to the user (and still allow them to proceed with checkout) if they have JavaScript disabled.

    If this is your issue, we’d expect some of your attendees to have the required Attendee Information fields even if some do not. Do you think this is your situation, or are all purchases missing the Attendee Information?

    Sorry for the delay in response. All test orders are failing to append the attendee info. They are my orders and I double checked that Chrome didn’t happen to have had javascript off, so likely not the javascript disabled issue you mention. Thanks for the response. Is there anything else it could be?

    Could you please send a link where there should be attendee tickets and also send me a screenshot of the tickets in the wp-admin edit screen so I can see its settings?

    I see the fields are appearing fine pre-checkout but since it’s not a free ticket I couldn’t test fully checking out.

    If it appears fine for you pre-checkout also, I’d suggest asking your host about PHP sessions.

    Or, if you don’t want to ask them at this time, you could follow these recommended troubleshooting steps for your own site:

    There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?

    Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.

    If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to Twenty Seventeen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.

    If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG (which will create a file on your server at /wp-content/debug.log if there are any WP_DEBUG messages) and share any debug messages you see while trying to replicate this issue and doing other things on your site relevant to this ticket (such as visiting your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and anything else you can think to do).

    Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts Mode) in a Private Reply. That will give me a lot of extra information to help troubleshoot this.

    You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
