MemberHi, Knud. Sorry you’re unhappy about things. We always want to help you succeed, not be a cause for headaches.
Please do note, though, that, per our Scope of Support:
All support is provided via our forums; there is no live chat, phone support or email support available.
Getting to this thread’s specific issue… I tried this:
- Events slug is set to “events” (wp-admin > Events > Settings)
- Create a new page with a slug of “trying-events”
This “trying-events” page loaded just fine for me.
I’d suggest following these recommended troubleshooting steps for your own site:
First, please re-save your Permalinks and see if that resolves things.
Please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to Twenty Seventeen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
Of course, we always recommend restorable database and file backups before modifying anything on your site.
If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG (which will create a file on your server at /wp-content/debug.log if there are any WP_DEBUG messages) and share any debug messages you see while trying to replicate this issue and doing other things on your site relevant to this ticket (such as visiting your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and anything else you can think to do).
If this doesn’t solve it by itself, please install the Rewrite Rules Inspector plugin (third-party, not guaranteed or supported by us) and send me a screenshot of its analysis of both https://www.fleksjobbernetvaerket.dk/kalender/ and https://www.fleksjobbernetvaerket.dk/arrangementer
Please also send me a screenshot of the wp-admin edit screen for the “arrangementer” page.
Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts Mode) in a Private Reply. That will give me a lot of extra information to help troubleshoot this.
You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.

MemberHi, Jake. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
I see you’re 1 version behind on TEC Core, TEC PRO, ET, and ET+.
I don’t believe this should be causing any issue with ET+’s Attendee Information not appearing.
The only known issue I can think of that may be at play here is if someone adds an ET+ ticket to the cart, then clicks the Back button, then goes to the Cart and completes Checkout.
Do you think this could be the issue here?

MemberHi, Kelsey. Thanks for your interest in our plugin suite.
To be clear, this isn’t specific to Divi theme:
You could setup a redirect from yoursite.com to yoursite.com/events
Or you could use one of our plugin’s widgets or shortcodes, such as [tribe_events] on your home page, which would require Events Calendar PRO.
We have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.
I hope this info helps. Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

We don’t answer support questions for The Events Calendar core/free or Event Tickets core/free or their paid add-ons in the Pre-Sales forum.
If you made your purchase(s) through a different user account, please login to that account and then post in one of the paid forums.
Thank you for your understanding and thank you for using our plugins.

P.S. Since you mentioned Fusion, I wonder if you’re using Avada theme, in which case you should contact their support for this question, as we do not write any of the theme integrations; instead, themes integrate with our plugin(s).

MemberHi, Edward. Thanks for your interest in our plugin suite.
If you want to sell tickets only via Eventbrite’s platform, I’d recommend getting Eventbrite Tickets and not get Event Tickets Plus (ET+).
However, if you want to use WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads (EDD) — and all the extensions available to those solutions, such as a specific payment gateway — then I’d recommend using ET+ and not getting Eventbrite Tickets. ET+ uses that e-commerce plugin of your choice and you can think of it as ET+ simply creating a product and then adding it to the cart. The e-commerce plugin takes over from there, handling payments, refunds, coupon codes, etc.
We have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.

MemberHi, Toby. Thanks for your interest in our plugin suite.
I believe you’re requesting the same thing as one of our existing feature requests: https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/5602596-tickets-venue-seating-chart-with-different-price
Please do add your vote there.
This allows us to gauge interest in this particular feature request, which helps us prioritize our development efforts.
Last but not least, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.
I hope this info helps. Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

MemberHi, Nicolas. Thanks for your interest in our plugin suite.
It sounds like you’d want to definitely get Community Events and might need some custom development around it, as well as some non-calendar-related things like a custom post type and custom taxonomy (or use the built-in Posts and Category ones) for something like “Travels” posts in “Island” category.
If you need some coding help, you may want to ask your developer or reference our documentation and list of known customizers.
Last but not least, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.
I hope this info helps. Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

MemberHere’s another video of what I’m experiencing on my test site: https://cl.ly/3a3s150F3Q1N
I think you need to look into why you don’t have “category” in the “Source” column of the Rewrite Rules Analyzer results.
Please let me know what you find out.

MemberSince I’m not able to replicate this behavior, my best guess is that it’s related to:
- Your server timezone is set to Los Angeles but should be UTC.
- And/or you have another plugin or some custom code in place that utilizes date_default_timezone_set(), which is typically bad practice unless they then set it back to what it was right away — typically should be set to UTC.
Please do your site setup so the System Information Report’s “SERVER TIMEZONE” entry reads “UTC”, then try to replicate this issue.

MemberHi, William.
There’s a setting at wp-admin > Events > Settings > General tab > “Create recurring events in advance for”
Please check if things are working as expected based on that setting.
As far as any bugs go regarding recurring events, there have definitely been fixes released since then and we can only provide support when using the latest version of our products.
Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
- Downloads / Version Numbers
- License Keys
- TEC Automatic Updates
- or TEC Manual Updates
- WordPress core updates
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
Please let me know how this goes for you.

MemberYou bet!
Cliff
MemberBrigitte, do the downloads work fine at https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/? If yes, was the download link error in the confirmation email you received? If yes, please forward it to

Cliff
MemberOkay, thank you.
If you switch to Twenty Seventeen theme, deactivate all other plugins, and then re-save Permalinks settings… then does it work?
