Hi, Stefan. Sorry you’re experiencing this.

This isn’t currently a known issue, and I didn’t get debug messages when visiting one of my site’s event category pages, so I’d suggest following these recommended troubleshooting steps for your own site:

I see you’re already using the latest versions of WordPress core and our pluings. That’s great. Please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to Twenty Seventeen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.

Of course, we always recommend restorable database and file backups before modifying anything on your site.

If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG (which will create a file on your server at /wp-content/debug.log if there are any WP_DEBUG messages) and share any debug messages you see while trying to replicate this issue and doing other things on your site relevant to this ticket (such as visiting your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and anything else you can think to do).

Then, please re-share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts Mode) in a Private Reply. That will give me a lot of extra information to help troubleshoot this.

Let us know what you find out.

    Thanks.

Axmaniro, if you have the ability to create a staging copy of your site, could you please provide us a login via a Private forum reply (not possible via email replies).

If you cannot create a staging site, please share a screen capture video of you editing the page, both via wp-admin and via the Divi Builder.

    Thank you.

    Hi, David. Please reference https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/compatibility-with-woocommerce-extensions/

I haven’t heard of that extension before, but you’re welcome to try it.

We have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.

I hope this info helps. Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

Hi, Brian. Sorry you’re experiencing this.

This isn’t currently a known issue so I’d suggest following these recommended troubleshooting steps for your own site:

There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?

Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.

If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to Twenty Seventeen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.

Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts Mode) in a Private Reply. That will give me a lot of extra information to help troubleshoot this.

You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)

Let us know what you find out.

If it’s still happening while in Testing for Conflicts Mode, would you be able to share an annotated screenshot, screen capture video, and/or relevant URLs to clarify exactly what’s happening here?

    Thanks.

Hi, Randy. I’m guessing you updated to WordPress core 4.8.2 (released yesterday) but didn’t yet update to The Events Calendar version 4.5.12.3

Please reference https://theeventscalendar.com/hotfix-the-events-calendar-4-5-12-3/ and update to the latest The Events Calendar.

Please let me know how this goes for you.

    Hi, Jamie.

If you start to create a ticket for a recurring event, there will be a little question mark notice that reads:

Currently, tickets will only show up on the frontend once per full event. For PRO users this means the same ticket will appear across all events in the series. Please configure your events accordingly.

You should add your vote to this existing feature request for Event Tickets to support PRO’s recurring events.

Something some users are doing right now is using PRO’s recurring events to populate their events calendar but then breaking each occurrence from the series to turn them into single events — basically using PRO as an event generator but not actually using its recurring events functionality on the front-end. Others are just dealing with the tickets on recurring events even though you can’t then tell which occurrence they reserved the ticket for… use this information for your own reference but please don’t take it as any sort of recommendation.

    ===

To your question of reusing created tickets, this isn’t currently possible. For example, if you have a play that has 2 performances per day with 4 ticket types per performance for 3 days in a row, you’d have to re-create the tickets for each performance: 2 x 4 x 3 = 24 times — even though they would appear to be the same on the front-end to your purchasers.

I believe you’re requesting the same thing as one of our existing feature requests: https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/3825421-reusable-ticket-defaults-profiles-as-per-venues-a

Please do add your vote there.

This allows us to gauge interest in this particular feature request, which helps us prioritize our development efforts.

Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions on this topic.

Gurdeep, thanks for your detailed report. I’ve confirmed this issue and reported it to our developers.

I’ll mark this ticket as Pending Fix, which means this thread should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed as it’s in the development team’s hands now. They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release.

I apologize for this issue and appreciate your understanding and patience.

Hi, Bob. Thanks for your interest in our plugin suite.

No, we don’t have any integration with TicketNetwork plugins.

You could request this as a new feature (or maybe search to see if the idea was already posted by someone else) at our plugins’ UserVoice page.

This allows others who are interested in that feature to easily voice their support. We frequently review suggestions there to find out which ones are popular, then we implement as many of them as we can.

Event Tickets Plus (ET+) is our paid add-on plugin that upgrades the functionality of our free Event Tickets (ET) plugin.

Event Tickets Plus enables you to sell tickets via one of our supported eCommerce platforms. The free plugin only enables free RSVP-type tickets.

You can view our roundup/comparison of all the eCommerce plugins ET+ supports.

Our plugin uses your eCommerce plugin of choice, but your eCommerce plugin isn’t displayed for shopping pages. Please reference our Making Tickets KB article (screenshots are from an install using WooCommerce) for an idea how to create tickets for an event.

Last but not least, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.

I hope this info helps. Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

    Thanks for testing.

Both our plugins and and WordPress core use the wp_mail() function. You might need to install an SMTP plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/search.php?q=smtp (none are supported or guaranteed by us)

To be clear, this isn’t an issue specific to our plugin; email deliverability is an issue at the WordPress-level of your site or possibly even at the domain-level or IP address (if associated with SPAM, accurately or not).

Please let us know if you find out what solution worked for you.

    Thanks!

Correct. For each WooCommerce ticket/Product have its own image and to appear in the WooCommerce cart and checkout, you’ll need to add an image to each WooCommerce Product.

Thank you for clarifying. First, let me say that our Scope of Support / Terms does not guarantee support for integrating with any specific theme.

That being said, I tested with the latest versions of Divi (3.0.75), The Events Calendar, Events Calendar PRO, and WordPress core.

This is what I see in the wp-admin event edit screen: https://cl.ly/2M3u192D0u2r

Do you experience this as well?

At /events/map/ it works fine: https://cl.ly/062G3Z433O3K

And at a regular page with [tribe_events view="map"] as the post content, it also works fine: https://cl.ly/3T3f3H0u0t2y

Hi. Thanks for the detailed replies.

Would you say the import is not running at all (not getting new events and/or not updating existing events) or that some events are somehow skipped but others are not (are imported and/or updated)?
