MemberThanks, Mathew. I’ll pass it along.
You’re also welcome to submit pull requests to https://github.com/moderntribe/the-events-calendar/
Cliff
MemberHi, Adam.
You can add a single image at the event’s ticket area, as demonstrated at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/ticketing-using-seating-chart/
Since you’re using WooCommerce tickets, you can also use the created Product’s own Featured Image functionality, which is what will display in the WooCommerce cart/checkout.
Please let me know if this answers your question.

MemberThis is what I see at your link: https://cl.ly/2u390i3S0X25
Is this what you see?
- If not, please share a screenshot or video screen capture.
- If it is the same as what you’re seeing, please tell me what your post content is for this post.

MemberJoseph, sorry you’ve been disappointed with the responses you’ve received.
I reviewed that other thread you linked to in your previous reply. I see Shelby tried to go above-and-beyon our Scope of Support / Terms and actually provide you some site-specific CSS, but it still ended in her suggesting seeking the help of a developer.
Additionally, in this thread, you were asking how to integrate with another plugin (RCP) and this again falls outside our normal scope of support.
If you really want a refund, please complete our Refund Request Form and link back to this thread for reference.
If you’d instead like me to try to assist you further with your customizations, I’d be happy to try to get you further down the road (providing some snippets) as long as you have the understanding that I cannot guarantee that I can provide all the customizations you’d want.
Let me know if you’d like to pursue the refund or if you’d like me to assist more toward accomplishing your customizations.

MemberHi, Paul.
Our Event Tickets plugin can support multiple post types (Events, Posts, and/or Pages), but our The Events Calendar plugin only works with the Events, Organizers, and Venues post types.
Our Events Calendar PRO add-on for The Events Calendar adds quite a few bits of functionality:
- allow Events to be recurring events (nothing recurring about Posts or Pages though)
- add additional views, like Map and Photo views
- create and display Additional Fields
- and more
So, in the end, there’s no conversion from Posts and Pages to Events — and Posts and Pages don’t appear on the Events views (like in Month and List views) — but using The Events Calendar’s “Events” post type might be the best choice moving forward.
Last but not least, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.
I hope this info helps. Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

MemberHi, Adam.
Would you be able to share an annotated screenshot, screen capture video, and/or relevant URLs to clarify exactly what’s happening here?
Cliff
MemberHi again, Nick Nick.
Yes, that’s the only place for them to enter their payment method.
I believe you’re requesting the same thing as one of our existing feature requests: https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/13051791-add-stripe-to-community-tickets
You might also like this one: https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/16892842-add-an-escrow-account-function-tied-to-the-enable
Please do add your vote(s) there.
This allows us to gauge interest in this particular feature request, which helps us prioritize our development efforts.
Thank you.
Cliff
MemberHi, Nick Nick.
I understand your request, but this isn’t currently possible.
You could request this as a new feature (or maybe search to see if the idea was already posted by someone else) at our plugins’ UserVoice page.
This allows others who are interested in that feature to easily voice their support. We frequently review suggestions there to find out which ones are popular, then we implement as many of them as we can.
If you post it / find it, feel free to link to it from here in case anyone comes across this forum thread in the future.

MemberHi, Axmaniro.
If you’re wanting to somehow put
[tribe_events view="list"]inside the Map View, like at yoursite.com/events/map/, this is not possible because only 1 event view can be on a single page. Please also reference the tribe_events shortcode information.
Let me know if I misunderstood your question.

MemberHi, David.
Per our Scope of Support / Terms, we don’t guarantee support with all other themes and plugins.
I’d suggest following these recommended troubleshooting steps for your own site:
There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
- Downloads / Version Numbers
- License Keys
- TEC Automatic Updates
- or TEC Manual Updates
- WordPress core updates
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG (which will create a file on your server at /wp-content/debug.log if there are any WP_DEBUG messages) and share any debug messages you see while trying to replicate this issue and doing other things on your site relevant to this ticket (such as visiting your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and anything else you can think to do).
Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts Mode) in a Private Reply. That will give me a lot of extra information to help troubleshoot this.
You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.
September 18, 2017 at 7:15 pm in reply to: Event Aggregator: Call to undefined function get_network_option() #1350929Cliff
MemberHi. Thanks for your detailed report.
get_network_option() is a new WordPress function as of version 4.4
Please update your WordPress version to at least 4.4
I’ll also file this bug report with our developers to make sure they’re aware of this and to fix it if they deem appropriate (I’d guess so).
I’ll mark this ticket as Pending Fix, which means this thread should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed as it’s in the development team’s hands now. They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release.
I apologize for this issue and appreciate your understanding and patience.

MemberHi, Joseph. Thanks for your detailed question.
I think you might find some success following our Themer’s Guide.
You could use a PHP function or the shortcode in your customized version of the applicable template file(s).
Please let me know how this goes for you.
September 18, 2017 at 6:56 pm in reply to: Event Tickets Not Generating Woocommerce Email Receipts #1350927Cliff
MemberHi, Allison. Sorry for the struggle getting this to work.
Please go to wp-admin > Events > Settings > Tickets tab and check your “When should tickets be emailed to customers?” setting to see if it’s set as desired and therefore working as expected.
If it’s not, please check that other emails are being received, such as WordPress’ password reset emails.
Please let me know what you find out.
September 18, 2017 at 6:46 pm in reply to: Custom Field Questions When Purchasing Through The Shop/Product Feature #1350925Cliff
MemberHi, Sarah.
This is correct. By default, the tickets are only available via the single event page.
If you implement https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/selling-tickets-from-the-woocommerce-products-page/, the Attendee Information questions won’t apply.
Sorry there isn’t more I can suggest here.

MemberHi, Gerard. Thanks for the detailed report.
We haven’t heard of others reporting this. Could you please provide a link to where this is happening?
Also, I’d suggest following these recommended troubleshooting steps for your own site:
There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
- Downloads / Version Numbers
- License Keys
- TEC Automatic Updates
- or TEC Manual Updates
- WordPress core updates
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to Twenty Seventeen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
Of course, we always recommend restorable database and file backups before modifying anything on your site.
