MemberHi, Marek. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
If things are just a day off sometimes, you might try unchecking “Enable the Month View Cache” in the Display tab of the Settings.
I’d also recommend checking all of your timezone settings: WordPress, each event’s, and the import source’s.
Please let me know what you find out.

MemberHi, Matt.
That thread was completed with this fix: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/500-error-after-updating-recurring-events/page/2/#post-1374995
Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
- Downloads / Version Numbers
- License Keys
- TEC Automatic Updates
- or TEC Manual Updates
- WordPress core updates
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.

MemberHi. The snippet at https://gist.github.com/cliffordp/c012f2945a22867a3af2c2878e06fffd was recently updated for Event Tickets 4.6+
Please make sure you’re working off the latest version.

MemberThe only way to get Photo View via a shortcode is the tribe_events shortcode, which doesn’t have a Limit argument… the code I linked to in previous replies supposedly adds such an argument to the tribe_events shortcode.

MemberHi, Allen. I saw you went forward with the refund. We wish you well, and you’re welcome back anytime in the future.

Because of our limited support when it comes to customizations — if you need additional coding help, you may want to ask your developer or reference our documentation and list of known customizers.

November 27, 2017 at 11:55 pm in reply to: Import not working on most of the Facebook groups I'm looking at #1393441Cliff
MemberHi. Sorry for the delayed reply over the holiday and weekend.
Please try one or both of the following:
- Delete the scheduled import, do a one-time import, then re-setup a new scheduled import job.
- Disconnect your Facebook account and reconnect it, then try again
If you still can’t get things to work, please link to the exact event for an event that’s missing from your importing.
Thank you.

MemberHi, Peter. Sorry for the delayed reply on my end over the holiday and weekend.
Thanks for your detailed reply.
This function actually runs very often — on every page load and even Ajax requests.
I wasn’t able to duplicate the error exactly as you stated — specific to deleting any single attachment — but clicking all around the Media Library seemed to randomly trigger it (twice out of dozens of clicks, in my case).
I’ve submitted a bug report for our developers to review.
I marked this thread as Pending Fix, which means it should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed as it’s in the development team’s hands now. They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release.
I apologize for this issue and appreciate your understanding and patience.
If you’re comfortable changing the core plugin’s code yourself (as a temporary test), you could change Line 42 from
if ( false === $post_id ) {to
if ( empty( $post_id ) ) {and see if that resolves the issue for you.

MemberHi. Sorry for the delayed reply over the holiday and weekend.
Your last reply mentioned a screenshot, but it didn’t come through. Attachments do not come through via email replies. Please login and share the screenshot via our forums directly.
Also, please share your System Information in a Private Reply. That will give me a lot of extra information to help troubleshoot this.
November 22, 2017 at 8:59 pm in reply to: Installed Updates – Had to revert back. Licensing kept giving errors – site slow #1389716Cliff
MemberPerforming the updates manually shouldn’t have anything to do with activating your license. The plugins work 100% without a license; it’s just that they don’t receive automatic updates.
Did you manually update (https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/manual-updates/) all your paid Modern Tribe plugins?
Cliff
MemberThanks for your detailed feedback.
We invest quite a lot in QA, checking things before they go out the door. This was a major update and it definitely would have been better if we did so with fewer bugs.
I’ve passed along your messages to our Products Manager, who can use this feedback to determine how best to move forward and hopefully avoid such situations in the future.
