I don’t see where to ad a QR code to the ticket so folks can have it… where is it?

Your last reply mentioned a screenshot, but it didn’t come through. Attachments do not come through via email replies. Please login and share the screenshot via our forums directly.
Also, please share your System Information in a Private Reply. That will give me a lot of extra information to help troubleshoot this.
