MemberHi.
Sorry you’re experiencing this. One other user reported this happening only with paid tickets (free via RSVP or WooCommerce worked fine). Is this the same at your site?
Do you have any settings or WooCommerce extensions that affect an order’s status, such as not moving to Completed status in the default way? Reference: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/managing-orders/

MemberHi, John. Sorry you’re experiencing this, and thanks for the detailed instructions.
I was able to reproduce this on your site; however, I wasn’t able to reproduce it on my localhost testing site.
This isn’t currently a known issue so I’d suggest following these recommended troubleshooting steps for your own site:
There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
- Downloads / Version Numbers
- License Keys
- TEC Automatic Updates
- or TEC Manual Updates
- WordPress core updates
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to Twenty Seventeen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
Of course, we always recommend restorable database and file backups before modifying anything on your site.
If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG (which will create a file on your server at /wp-content/debug.log if there are any WP_DEBUG messages) and share any debug messages you see while trying to replicate this issue and doing other things on your site relevant to this ticket (such as visiting your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and anything else you can think to do).
Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts Mode) in a Private Reply. That will give me a lot of extra information to help troubleshoot this.
You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.
Cliff
MemberHi, Bryan. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
I see you’re using a city-based timezone, which is great.
Unfortunately, this may have been a bug at the time of creating the recurrence series and therefore is still lingering.
The only solution would be to re-generate this recurring event’s series of events, which happens anytime you modify anything on the event.
Of course, we always recommend restorable database and file backups before modifying anything on your site.
Please let me know how this goes for you.

MemberHi, Mike.
First off, I do want to note that we are fairly limited in how much we can support custom development questions like this.
You might start by looking in these files:
- https://github.com/moderntribe/event-tickets/blob/4.6.3/src/Tribe/RSVP/Attendance_Totals.php
If you need some coding help, you may want to ask your developer or reference our documentation and list of known customizers.
Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions on this topic.

MemberHi, Chuck. Sorry you’re experiencing performance issues with your site/our plugins.
I visited your site and it seems quick to load, including https://coloradocprpros.com/events/
This could be due to caching, which you likely wouldn’t experience when logged in.
We definitely recognize areas for performance improvements, which we include continually over time, but I’m not aware of any single outstanding issue other than the one fixed by yesterday’s PRO update with Map View (https://theeventscalendar.com/maintenance-release-week-7-january-2018/#pro)
Please make sure you’re on the latest versions and then let me know if you are still experiencing performance issues.
Thank you.

MemberHi, Roger. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
What did you mean one of the “events does not seek” — a typo?
Could you please provide the URL you’re importing from and details of this single event that isn’t importing (so I can try to find it within the .ics file downloaded from Google Calendar)?
Cliff
MemberHi again, Colm.
Please provide at least one of the URLs these events are duplicating from, and I’ll be able to take a closer look.
Cliff
MemberHi. Sorry for the delayed reply for your important issue.
I couldn’t reproduce this issue using the latest versions of all our plugins.
Additionally, I visited your link and saw the available tickets: https://cl.ly/3Q0S2W0C4614
Are you no longer experiencing this issue?
Cliff
MemberHi, Eric. We’ve never had native functionality to duplicate events.
I believe you’re requesting the same thing as one of our existing feature requests: https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/3874714-duplicate-events
Please do add your vote there.
This allows us to gauge interest in this particular feature request, which helps us prioritize our development efforts.

Particularly regarding tickets, those are not able to be duplicated/reused from Event A to Event B.
One of these feature requests may be what you’re looking for here:
- https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/3825421-reusable-ticket-defaults-profiles-as-per-venues-a

Sorry we don’t have all the functionality you’re looking for at this time.
Should you decide PRO isn’t for you, please complete our Refund Request Form and link back to this thread for reference.
And please let me know if you have any follow-up questions for me about this topic.

MemberHi. I’m unsure how this would be happening. Please explain in detail each step to reproduce this so we can try replicating this behavior.
For starters, where does the user get the Full Year calendar and its .ics file download or iCalendar URL?
Cliff
MemberHi, Colm. This should already be in your page markup via JSON-LD (https://developers.google.com/search/docs/guides/intro-structured-data)
You can see how Google digests one of your URLs at https://developers.google.com/structured-data/testing-tool/
Please let me know what you find out after testing with that.
Cliff
MemberHi. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
This is a confirmed issue we should have addressed soon (I’m unclear if it’ll be a couple days or a couple weeks but shouldn’t be longer than that I’d expect).
I marked this thread as Pending Fix, which means it should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed as it’s in the development team’s hands. I apologize for this issue and appreciate your understanding and patience.
In the meantime, you can perform updates manually: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/manual-updates/
Cliff
MemberYesterday we released https://theeventscalendar.com/maintenance-release-week-7-january-2018/, in which we improved the code relating to this issue.
Does the issue still happen with your theme when running the latest versions of all our plugins?

MemberSorry for the delayed reply!
I’m very glad you got things working with a little direction. Prepending to Title or appending to Description might be good ways to go if this information is vital and likely to not change.
Please let me know if there’s anything more I can do for you at this time.
