KeymasterHi Villa,
Thanks for email support and sorry you are having issues. Sounds like there is a conflict. The plugin does work with Revolution slider. To get you started on troubleshooting: First, please make sure you are using the most current versions of all of our plugins. You can also try reinstalling them by following these instructions. If that doesn’t help, the next step in troubleshooting this is going to be testing for conflicts with your theme and other plugins (with WP_DEBUG enabled). If you need a testing environment, the free WP Staging plugin will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing.
Let me know what you find.
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan

KeymasterHi Johan,
Thanks for email support. That is correct, your event in Eventbrite must be listed or else Eventbrite will not allow us to pull in the ticket info through an iframe.
Hope that helps.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for the email and sorry you are having issues with the sql queries. The Event Aggregator is designed to function properly on all types of hosting plans including shared hosting so lets see what can find out. First, can you share your system info in a private reply?
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi Doug,
Thanks for the screenshots. So now we want to see if the actual aggregator cron is working.
In order to check this can you download and activate this plugin? WP Control
Once you have this activated, please check if these two cron jobs are running:
- tribe_aggregator_cron
- tribe_aggregator_process_insert_records
Let me know what you find and any screenshot will be helpful as well.
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi Thomas,
I see, well lets try this. Can you send me a screenshot of your entire Event Aggregator Import screen? Also, has it ever worked without you receiving this limit error or has this happened from the start?
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan

KeymasterHey Paul,
Thanks for using The Events Calendar, I’m happy to help! In order to help, I would like to get some more information from you, if I can:
- First, if you could please test for conflicts by following this documentation? Let me know what you find. This will help me determine how deeply we need to look into the specific configuration of your site, or if this is a bug. 🙂
Thanks!
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi Rachel,
Thanks for emailing support.
Sorry you are experiencing speed issues. This can be hard to troubleshoot, however you will want to start by following our performance guide.
Let me know how that goes.
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi Jason,
Thanks for email support!
Definitely a strange issue and it may a conflict with another plugin. Can you also try testing for conflicts with your theme and other plugins? If you would prefer not to do this on your live site, WP Staging will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing. Let me know what you find!
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Stephen,
Sorry you are having issues. Are you able to go into the Event settings > Licenses and change it there or is it grayed out?
Thanks,
Brendan
Brendan
KeymasterHi Katie,
Thanks for emailing support. Unfortunately event is consider an individual event so they would receive an email for each even separately. I know a bulk event option has been asked before and it may be on the radar however currently is not something we offer.
Let us know if you can help with any other questions!
Thanks,
Brendan -
