Sorry, should have clarified what we need a screenshot of. I need the screenshot of the event edit screen. The area titled “Tickets” gives us details on the start and end dates. Second, the event referenced is in the past: https://www.oxfordshireproject.co.uk/meeting/south-oxford-meeting-cumnor-2017-11-03/ so it wouldn’t show a buy now button. However, when you initially submitted this it was not in the past so maybe nothing.

I understand you would like to remove the mail icon from upcoming events. You can add the following css code to your style.css file located in your theme:
.event-sharing li a.inlinelb {
display: none;
}

I see Wordfence is giving you warnings. Those are normal language files so I wouldn’t worry about being hacked. This could have for a number of reasons. Maybe they were recently imported from an update or such. Just keep and eye out if you see any other alerts specifically on .php or .js files.

Sorry you are experiencing issues. I will help you troubleshoot this issue. I was able to switch to list view in Google Chrome. I’ll attach a screenshot. I do see you switched themes and deactivated plugins.
Would you be willing to share your system information? That will allow me to check for possible conflicts and see your current calendar settings. You can snag that by heading to Events > Help, copying the information that is at the bottom of the screen, then pasting it here for me as a private reply.

We are sorry to hear about the tickets not showing up on your event.
I would love to help you with this topic.Would it be possible to share a screenshot of the “Edit ticket” screen for that event ?
Typically, this tends to happen when there is a start sale date defined.
The tickets will simply not display until that start sale date is reached.Hang in there!
